On the islands we met some Kunas, local people, selling some handcrafts and molas. Lunch was freshly made with local ingredients. Our group was picked up promptly and we had an English speaking guide travelled with us all day from pick up at hotel to drop off late in the evening. Our guide Aura was very informative and helpful. She made sure that our group has been taken care well for the entire trip.
