Amazing experience but make sure the waterfall is not very dry.
Friends went rigbt after the dry season and told us that there was hardly any water, but we went right after a rainfall and it was super. The waterfall is at level 3, but if you can physically do it and it's a good day, make sure to climb 600 stairs to level 4 (bridge) cz its the most beautiful and serene place to dive in the wells overlooking the mountain.

A long walk up on badly maintained trail but fun to experience to swim in COLD water in Malaysia. Too bad the park is not better maintained for visitors. This is my favorite waterfall of all the ones on Langkawi.

I was pleasantly surprised at this place. The lower segments are reminiscent of a slightly overgrown but nonetheless beautiful Japanese garden with little gazebo like mini pagodas and temples lots of bridges small and large and a pretty stream tumbling through it. The walk to the falls while not too long has some steep and uneven steps so be wary of sprained ankles and falls and take your time. After some huffing and puffing you come to a pretty little dell containing the waterfall and pool. It’s very tropical and fits the bill of a jungle waterfall albeit a tame one and when we were there we had it to ourselves. The water is shall we say, refreshing after the heat and humidity. A word of caution is that the slab of rock leading to the river and pool can be slippy so some bum shuffling may be required. But in the end it’s a nice spot and very picturesque and worth the dodgy path up and down. I have to say we got the best of it because as we left and had just got to the shacks at the entrance selling food and tourist tat, the heavens opened in a tumult but we were undercover by then and enjoyed the battering of the rain on the tin roofs.

Me and my friends visited the Langkawi Waterfall. The stream of fresh water with the breathtaking view is out of the world experience.best picnic spot also for the families. But be carefull with the sleepry spots on the rocks as accidents can be happens oftenly. But above that good place to visit.

Hutan Lipur Lubuk Semilang is a picnic area, with clear rivers and several amenities such as car parks, prayer rooms, toilets and rest huts. The waterfall here is very cold. Beautiful scenery can give visitors a sense of tranquility.
