Really fun and interesting. The views are superb and it's a very pleasant experience. Come hungry, you'll be eating the fruits of your labor. Highly recommended!
This was a great experience. Chef Andy and Alex guided us through the process of making ramen and gyoza. They were fun, informative and patient. It was a very hands on class. There’s way more to making ramen than I originally thought. I would definitely recommend this cooking experience!
Tak was a terrific guide, navigating our family through the fish market as a seasoned pro. We stopped at a number of places along the way, sampling treats! We followed with a sushi making session which was both fun, informative and tasty. Our two boys, ages 11 and 15, connected well with tak as did the adults. Thank you for making a wonderful experience
Second time taking this class. It doesn't feel like a trip to Tokyo without coming back and saying hi to all the wonderful staff here. They make you feel at home and glad you came every time. 10/10.
The kimono experience was wonderful! Had no idea it involved so many layers! And the traditions of the tea ceremony was very interesting! Definitely worth the money!
Suzy and Inok were great instructors. Very patient and kind. Teaching was presented in a simple and easy to follow approach. Would recommend this class for anyone interested in learning Japanese cooking.
We had a great experience! The sushi making leader was fun and responsive! The food was fresh and delicious! The setting is beautiful overlooking the river and the sky tower! Would highly recommend!
We arrived in Tokyo at 6am and went straight to the 9:30am cooking class. Bit difficult to find although it is in a small residential neighborhood near Shinjuku station (we actually thought we were entering someone’s apartment, but the room is custom designed for 8 people and the two very good English speaking cooking instructors. We made 8 dishes over the course of 3 hours and then had a great lunch. Very enjoyable and highly recommended!
This cooking class was a great activity during our time in Tokyo. We made udon, tempura and miso from scratch which were all delicious. Yuki is a great teacher who made this experience all the more fun. Together with Masa, they made this experience memorable with their hospitality. Highly recommend !
We had a great time with Hana! We’ve taken several of these type classes on vacation and my 13 yo daughter said that she enjoyed this one the most. We made beautiful traditional candy then had a tea ceremony. Hana was very good with our daughter. I would recommend for anyone with tweens who like baking.
A warming, beautiful and delicious experience. Our hosts taught us to make delicious ramen and gyoza and educated us in the different ramen for different regions. Shoyu ramen has become my favorite! My family loved it and we plan to return! Definitely recommend!!! Thank you so much to our hosts! So kind and warm!
Really nice cooking class with personal chief, that is really helpful if you get questions or just to see them make. They speak really good English and are really nice people. Recommend 100%
