日曜日の午後に行きました。主にフリーウェイトのエリアにいましたが、そこそこ混んではいたものの、各器具に20分利用制限があるためあまり待つこともなくやりたいことができました。
ジムのフロアにインボディー検査機があり、体脂肪率や基礎代謝量などを計測してくれます。結果は紙でいただけるのですが、専用アプリか何かで自分の端末で見られるといいなと思いました。
Visited on Sunday afternoon somewhat expecting crowded gym space, but found it was not as bad as we thought thanks to the analog but effective 20-minute usage cap system for each piece of equipment.
We almost exclusively used free weights, but there are quite a few machines and treadmills as well, along with a few studio rooms where people can do yoga and dancing for example. They also have a small but much less crowded female-only weights area, which is nice if you fall in that gender category.
They also have an InBody body composition analyzer that gives you bodyfat %, basal metabolic rate (BMR), etc. Can help boost your motivation.
