- Fabio ColasantiBrussels, Belgium23 contributionsEverything went very well. Somebody from the company sent us a WhatsApp message the day before our arrival with the telephone number of the driver and the indication of where we would be picked up.
The message also invited us to answer back when we would have picked up our luggage (we were a couple with three items of luggage).
We did it and five minutes later we found our driver. He helped us with our luggage, led us to the parking lot and drove us to our hotel without any difficulties in a nice minivan. The drive from the airport to the Ginza area takes just over an hour.

The price is very reasonable for a private van large enough for my family of 9 with 10 luggages directly from Narita airport to our hotel in Yokohama. We were email with our driver's contact info 24-hr before our arrival as expected. Our driver, Tai, proactively send message to us via WhatsApp to update on when he will arrive at the airport to wait for us. We paid an extra 3000 yen for airport greeting. Tai greeted us right outside the baggage claim and custom area holding a sign with my name on it. Then it was just a short walk upstairs to the parking garage where his van was parked. Tai was very friendly. He speaks English very well and was able to answered many of our questions regarding our Japan trip. He was a careful and safe driver. His van is very clean and comfortable. I had a 12 hour layover between international flights and the bike tour was a great way to stretch my legs and see local sites. Yassan was an incredibly kind, hospitable and well organized guide, making for a smooth tour. The bicycle was good quality and Yassan took the ride at the pace I asked for. I saw a quaint historic town and a shrine in the forest, built around a sacred power spot. Beautiful to get out into nature with a local guide. Yassan recommended a place for lunch with yummy local food which was a good experience. The Temple grounds were lovely and we were very happy to get out of the airport and stretch our legs. He showed us great local food and some local handicrafts. If you have 6 hours or more layover I recommend Henry. It is my wife’s birth day and I wanted to be sure we get a good service . The Hotel has an unmatched ambience and we went to Machan to check out . We are vegetarians . This time around we chose a la carte and we ordered some wine . They brought around some nice French Chardonnay that was super with the right dryness . The starters were good and egg plant special Methi Venkata was super and so was dal makhani and we got a lovely cake as well . The service was par excellent , the food taste was super and we enjoyed it very . Wished our plane left late to be able to site see for one day in Tokyo. If that's your connection to your final destination. Stay a day. We had 3 different drivers and all 3 were excellent. All arrived early, well presented, very polite, professional and good safe drivers. No instructions, but it was straightforward to use. Worked very well throughout my 10-day tour of Japan. It is hot in summer and there is considerable climbing of stairs.
