Wasn’t too busy for August, so didn’t have to queue for long on most slides.
Food prices were reasonable.

Park operates on a cashless system, you top up a card at reception and hand over the card when purchasing, card can be topped up whenever needed.
Showers and changing facilities available.
Lots of sun loungers around the park which are free of charge.

Meltem is a very prompt and excellent communicator. Trip itinerary was semi-customized to meet our individual preferences and price quotes were clear and options offered to meet varying budgets.
She made the trip stress free.
The trip was very well arranged and seamless. We had some small group tours and some private tours. I liked the group tours a bit more since it gave us the opportunity to meet other travellers from other countries.
Our daily transportation, hotel choices and culnary choices were excellent.
Only thing we did not enjoy was that the tour guides took us to see carpet weaving and leather garment sites almost on a daily basis.

We were initially planning to DIY our trip but thought it was going to be a logistical nightmare. Thankfully made the right call to book with Turkey Insiders. The tours were very well organized and customised for what we wanted, and pick ups were mostly prompt. Shout out to Tugce who was our point of contact. Excellent communication. They hire local guides who are just awesome. The ones that stood out were Ugur in Istanbul, Charlie for the Troy tour and Mithat with the Ephesus tour. Thank you to Ertunga and Maria for organizing and tailoring our trip throughout Türkiye based on our interests (history, scenery, etc), for their quick responses to any questions/inquiries, and for the affordable price of the trip. The itinerary hit all the highlights and included sites we were thrilled to explore, but didn't know about them beforehand. The hotels were unique; most had amazing views. Transportation was top notch (shout out and thanks to our competent and always-smiling driver, Halil!) . We absolutely enjoyed our personal guide, Özgür: he was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, proficient in English, and fun to be with! He went above and beyond to show us places and provide us with experiences in addition to our itinerary list (sometimes rearranging site visits for a richer experience) and made the whole trip very pleasant. He was always concerned for our well-being and that we enjoyed each day. I think the price is good as it includes pick up from your hotel, boat ride, scuba diving and lunch!
