Our trip was a dream come true. They arranged snorkelling tours, tour of the turtle breeding centre, flights from Quito, hotels and the best restaurants.
The staff were always there to guide and help us. The snorkelling guides were very informative, courteous and helpful. We are looking forward to return.

Really loved this tour. Guiding Galapagos could not have been better. They went above and beyond the other tour companies by providing higher quality, pre- fitted snorkel gear , and walking us to and from the boat. One of my friends used another company and did not get near the service we had from Guiding Galapagos. The boat ws older , but clean and well laid out with 2 big Johnson 200hp outboards. Boat staff was worked to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Snorkel guide made Sur everyone saw everything and was safe, though his English was at times very hard to understand. Would have enjoyed more scientific knowledge on all the wildlife . High waves did not permit us to land on the beach in Santa Cruz, but that just gave us more snorkel time in Santa Fe. Snorkeled with all kinds of fish , Galapagos sharks, and sea lions. From anchor on boat saw manta rays ( one even jumped ), a large group of spotted eagle rays, and many more sharks. One of the highlights was observing not just one, but four Galapagos Hawks. We even got to see them mating. Also saw blue footed boobies, brown noddies, frigate birds, Galapagos Dove, and more. Lunch was one of the best I have ever had served aboard a tour. Note: you are not allowed to land on the beach at Santa Fe, but everything you want you see, other than plant life is in the water and we got to see.

Our tour was set up by Daniel, at Galapagos Guiding Expeditions. We stopped by the office and he explained our options for tours. He was very clear about what we could expect and we felt no pressure from him. We returned that afternoon and booked our tour. We met up with Oscar at GGE office . He was also English speaking, and took care of trip details, including snorkeling gear and wet suit. The equipment was very good. The guide on the boat, Jimmy, was fun and informative. Lunch ( cooked chicken and fish) and snacks in AM , was very good.
Daniel continued to answer our questions re: tours from Isabella and other questions. He was patient and got back to us very quickly. Highly recommend Daniel and Galapagos Guiding Expeditions.

We went on the day boat Galaxy, a great choice as all the staff were so helpful , pointing out landmarks on the way. It took two hours to reach the island and then there is a climb up to the viewpoint , fantastic views but not an easy climb.
Snorkelling was good and all equipment is provided as was an excellent three course lunch a trip not to be missed

My mom and I are so happy we booked this excursion. We only had one day to dedicate to San Cristobal and we knew if we tried to do it on our own we would not be able to see everything. David, our guide, was fantastic!! He brought us to two different snorkeling spots, we swam with sea lions and saw several sea turtles. We saw kicker rock and a couple of beautiful beaches. Then our excursion ended with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant!

Taking this tour was the perfect way to start our trip to the Galapagos. The tour guide, Ricardo Loor, was excellent and was waiting right there at the Baltra airport to pick us up, even after our flight time was changed to arrive an hour earlier. They track your flight to make sure they are there when you arrive. The bus fee and ferry fee were included in the tour price. Ricardo was very helpful throughout the tour, giving us time to eat lunch and when one of our group forgot her gifts at the tortoise reserve, Ricardo called the place and had someone bring it back to us. Ricardo is also a fountain of knowledge and can answer any question you have about the Galapagos and was helpful in getting us the best photos of the tortoises. All in all, a great trip!

Very hot, and a lot of talking by the guide initially. Once we got to the snorkeling portion the tour improved. We did this tour last amongst 5 tours, and it would have been better suited for doing first.

I can't swim. But if you wear a life jacket and a snorkeling mask, it's no problem at all. Yazmany helped everyone enjoy snorkeling. I was able to see many sea turtles in Floreana. There were so many. It was the best moment in Galapagos. I will never forget!!

We booked several tours with this company, everything was well organized, and enjoyable, in the Galapagos we managed to see many animals, stay in decent hotels, eat well and all that on low budget, Itai and his team were always available to answer our questions, we had a great time and we highly recommend this travel agency.

Rony was a fantastic guide. He promptly picked me up at my hotel early in the morning. I was on the bike ride solo and he always looked after to me to make sure I was doing good. He even took lots of pics and videos of me while riding. We started off by taking a local bus to the town where the Chato reserve was located. Did a short bike ride to the reserve. Saw the giant tortoises and lava caves at the Chato reserve. There are some hills that you will have to bike up, especially at the the reserve where there's a steep hill. So that can be physically challenging for some. But the ride back to town will be mostly downhill. Along the way you'll see farms and some cattle. You may even see a giant tortoise on the road. All in all, the tour with Rony was great and I would highly recommend it if you want to get some good exercise while seeing the turtles.

As others have said, the entire experience was amazing.
We were celebrating an anniversary (which our travel agent must have passed on), because we returned to our cabin the first night to find red balloons, rose petals on the floor and chocolates. That same night, they surprised us with a cake!

Housekeeping was wonderful. The food was great. Every time we returned to the boat, our bartender had various fruit juices or hot chocolate along with snacks (fruit, cookies, wings, etc...).

Our 2 naturalist guides, Pablo and Javier, were amazing. They could quickly identify everything we saw (even at quite a distance) and could describe the history of each island and the animals and birds endemic to each. They did a great job preparing us ahead of time for each excursion.

We felt very safe at all times. There were numerous other staff to help getting on and off dinghies, driving the dinghies, managing snorkel gear and wetsuits, etc...

Definitely bring binoculars as you are looking at some birds/animals at a distance(partly due to the fear of introducing Avian Flu to the birds there). We also did a lot of snorkeling, so an underwater camera would be a good idea.

There is Wifi on the ship (although their website says otherwise).

The ship is relatively small, so it can get quite rocky, especially at night when you're travelling to a different island. My wife and I have cruised often on large cruise ships and never had a problem, but I had a couple fairly rough nights, so if you're prone to motion sickness, talk to your doctor ahead of time,

We stayed on the boat for 3 nights. (The 4th day consisted of us leaving at dawn). We saw a lot, but perhaps missed seeing penguins and tortoises in the wild. Due to the timing of when we left, we had a private guide at the Charles Darwin Research Center and tortoise breeding center. It's truly an amazing place that gives you the chance to see different tortoise species at varying ages). We had combined this trip to Ecuador with a few days in the rain forest, so couldn't stay on the Monserrat as long as others.

All-in-all, an incredible experience . Highly recommended

My husband and I are in Galapagos for our honeymoon and this was the perfect trip to start off with. You get to enjoy the beach, see so much wildlife, and learn information about Darwin. Our tour guide Erika was amazing and she had so much knowledge of everything, we loved it!
