The temple tour is a must-do when in Cambodia. Our guide Chang is a credit to Wide Eyed Tours. His knowledge is extensive and informative. Our driver Reom is the best. Very polite and provided much needed cold water and cold towels.

We were very well taken care of by our tour guide Sam and driver Usa. Sam was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. He was wonderful with our kids and took great photos of our family at the temples. We loved both days and the sunrise at Angkor Wat was spectacular. I would highly recommend this tour.

Pick at 5am from the Golden Temple Hotel (also really, really good). Takeaway breakfast prepared by hotel. Went with our guide Han and driver Ta. It was the perfect mix of guiding and allowing us some freedom. The ruins speak for themselves. There’s a lot of 5 star reviews for a reason.

I had an amazing time at Angkor Wat. It was truly spectacular to witness the intricate patterns and motifs, carved so painstakingly and meticulously by tools hundreds of years ago. I was also fortunate enough to have a fantastic tour guide on the trip. A special shoutout to Ry, a local Cambodian with an extensive knowledge of the Angkor Wat complex. Everywhere we go, he was able to provide us with a rich background of the history behind Angkor Wat, its religious symbolism as well as Cambodia's culture. He kept everything lighthearted and fun, and made us laugh with his jokes. Ry was also a very caring and attentive tour guide and he took great care of us especially under the scorching hot sun. He also made sure to help us take memorable pictures against iconic backdrops, something which I appreciate very much when I returned home.

The sheer size of the temple complex is stunning beyond words and I am absolutely awed by it. It was definitely not enough to cover everything on foot within one day and I would love to come back for a second visit.

What a wonderful experience! The elephants are well cared for and allowed to live in their natural environment. We prepared a snack for the elephants, then fed both the snack and bananas to the them. We walked with them in the forest, watched them cool off in the stream then get dirty again with a dust bath. Back to the main area for a snack with the elephants milling in the background, then to the washing area to hide them off. Kia was our guide and did a great job.

An excellent tour. Highly recommended. Rhy (pronounced Rhee) was our English-speaking guide and he was able to tell us about Cambodian culture and history (both present + past). At the ancient temple Beng Mealea, he was able to tell us a lot of interesting facts and details about the structure and carvings. We had a nice lunch in Koh Ker of Cambodian dishes and we toured a few more interesting sites ... some were really amazing with the overgrowth of trees. We will def take the tour again when-if we can go back.

Had a wonderful day on this tour! Definitely would recommend booking with this group instead of trying to do it yourself. There were ice cold towels and water for us every time we returned to the car. Sophorn taught us so much about Cambodian culture and history and even showed us local plants and wildlife and their uses in Cambodian food!

Had a wonderful tour with Mr. Sak and Journey Cambodia. Sak was an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide who explained the history and provided stories of his childhood and life in Cambodia. He also knew exactly where to go for the sunrise tour so we all had “front row seats” in front of the water for the spectacular sunrise over Angkor Wat, which you’ll find is so important because there are rows and rows of tourists all trying to get the perfect picture.

Our driver (Mongo?) was amazing too, as he was always ready with iced water and cold wash cloths (with Tiger Balm!). I decided to return to the temples a third day and contacted Journey Cambodia last minute to see if I could get a driver. Without any problems, Mr. Paul picked me up at my desired location and took me to see specific temples where I wanted to spend more time. He also had cold water that was much appreciated, and organized a pick-up point after each temple. Thanks to Journey Cambodia for a wonderful tour. I loved seeing and learning about your beautiful country.

Very nice cultural evaning. If you also know that most of the Aspara dancers where killed during the terrible civil war from 1974 to 96 due to the crazy nature of mankind. Wonderful to see that they are still dancing and reanimating the traditional dance. Great to see!!
