It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I usually have Sarah as my therapist as she over the last 6 months has helped reduce my back pain by over 80%. She is a miracle worker. She was away this time so I had Wira who was also wonderful. She very much had a healing touch and I felt very balanced energetically after her treatment. The relaxation room is a wonderful post massage experience. You can also enjoy the saunas and steam rooms before hand if you arrive an hour early.
I have been to many spas and find this one top notch.

The mall is well stocked with retail, leisure and food and beverage options, including lots of outdoor seating.

We started the tour by the gold and spice souks and the guide was explaining us everything about the history of the country! Next we went to see the traditional and original houses of Dubai, something that was not included in the plan but was an offer from the guide! It was amazing!!!
Next we went to visit the museum of the future, climb the Burj Khalifa and ended in Dubai Mall to watch the Dubai Fountain Show! The guide was always very helpful, always ready to help and give us a unique experience! They have some fab deals on at the moment and our 60 minute massage was extended to 90 minutes on a complimentary basis - we could have also used the pool at the renaissance but we unfortunately did not have time for this.
The massage itself was absolutely glorious, we went as a couple and we had the use of an entire suite which was lovely with private changing rooms, relaxation rooms, sauna, shower and bathroom. The 90 minutes flew by (sadly) the ladies were such experts working out pains and aches but still making sure it was a comfortable experience.
