It was a lovely experience. There were a number of people there but queues were not long. We decided to use the self service portal which was intuitive and easy to use. We were able to choose our seat using the self service portal and had the option to purchase snacks/popcorn.
The usual snacks were available but we decided against snacks so cannot comment on the quality. The film was shown on a large screen, great volume and the seats were comfortable and well sized. All in all, a nice experience. I highly recommend trying the platinum experience - there is a lovely welcoming area where you can relax, play pool, enjoy a complimentary welcome drinks and snack before your film.
The seats are very comfortable and come with a blanket and service of food and drinks is to your seat.

The place was just right to have a pleasant movie night experience. However, only 2 closest rows to the screen were allocated to cheaper class of tickets: silver plus (AMD 40). Second expwrience in La Mer beach where I experienced the dine in experience for 175 dirham and got a starter main and desert + the movie and a pillow and blanket, it was a great experience and I enjoyed it so much. Doesn’t had a good experience with the food as we were waiting long time at the counter and while having the meal the burger was cold and the fries extremely salty. Very neat and good environment as well as the mall is also very beautiful not much crowded. Ambiance and Aura of the cinema is very good, but I didn't like anything I tried in the beverage section, I wish there were more and better options, hence the popcorn was not fresh.

Shows are happening at different locations and with limited entry and hence if you travel with group, you get splitted. Some shows start when other shows are on the midway. So you are definitely bound to lose one or more shows.
