    what an experience. i had recently flown in from Los Angeles and came across jazz lounge and i don’t know where to start! what a place phenomenal hair cut and service. i started with a bleach and then got an A1 service on my haircut and beat. to top it off i had endless capaccino. then they gave ashes my hair and i got a manicure and pedicure with a shoulder massage and after that i had myself a Thai massage. i came into jazz lounge exhausted and left feeling and looking like a KING! i would recommend this to anyone. I will be going back again for sure

    Best hot stone massage ever!
    First time at the spa during our stay at Grosvenor house and absolutely loved my hot stone massage which also included a mini facial! Ria I think her name is was such a delight will definitely visit again if I’m in Dubai. Spa service in Dubai is the best in the world and this spa didn’t disappoint!

    Best spa experience ever
    The spa is amazing. We were staying at the hotel for the second time and love it. The spa is located at the 6th floor and we passed by every day to have breakfast. Some days we even went inside because it is really beautiful and we saw the amazing products they are selling. The staff was always welcoming and eager to help. In our last day I had the opportunity to enjoy the best massage ever. Everything was perfect, the booking process, the treatment, my therapist, the relaxation area (with the tasty tea after, the sauna, the relaxing pool with beds, the jacuzzi… all the, facilities. I feel like a was in another world, the lights, the music…the took care of everything. It was impressive!! I want to underline the outstanding job that Ms Kardasi and her team are doing. They are super professional and focus on our wellbeing. They are offering incredible treatments and each month they are featuring (in a newsletter )new ones that you can see ‘ in their site. Thank you so much for everything, can’t wait to be back . - Mrs. Chow 🐻 🐪💕

    Spa Amazing reception services
    What a Lovely spa and very clean . All the staff were friendly especially Abdullah at the reception who provided me with detailed information about their services and offers. Abdullah is truly a jewel for the spa.

    Best SPA 🧖‍♀️
    Very nice place to relax.
    This place is brand new, clean and very good quality. I love their steam room and sauna.
    They have pools with different temperatures, cool showers with different features.
    Great massage, one of the best places in Dubai.
    I have been visit this place for few month, and loving it. Staff are very nice, friendly and welcoming.
    Ámala is always there with a great smile and ready to help at anytime.

    Service = Amazing
    Amazing venue and amazing staff specially Hisham and Fred! We went for a spa day and then we went to the beach for a few drinks, the community and the environment in this venue is out of this world. 100% recommend it!

    Got a nice & relaxing massage with Ms. Bua, from thailand. Was an amazing experience and she make you feel comfortable. She introduced me to the different oils that they have and let me choose. I highly recommand her and the receptionist also make you feel very welcoming. Appreciate their efforts.

    Wonderful experience and great value
    While on a trip to Dubai my friend and I wanted to have a Hammam and massage experience. We called around to a few places and chose Royal Retreat Beauty and Spa because they were very responsive via email and WhatsApp, they had very good reviews, and they had very responsible prices. Everyone there was friendly and you could tell they wanted us to enjoy the experience. They scrubbed us down and massaged away all the stiffness from traveling. Their facility is nice and clean. It’s not the most luxurious in town maybe but still very nice and it was 1/3 of the price of the more fancy places. If you want to pay more for fancier decor you can but the service and care here was top notch so I doubt anywhere would be better in that aspect.

    A Worthy Choice!
    I was going to travel that week and had so much things to keep in mind. It was a pretty hectic week I should say. With so much in mind, I almost forgot to book an appointment for the salon to have myself prepared. Good thing I found Silvio Saloon when I searched online. I called them and had an appointment 1 hour ahead. They are very accessible and not hard to locate at all. I came inside and the place and staff was really accommodating. I had myself prepared just in time for me to go to the airport for my trip. A total life saver for me.

    It’s a great experience and I’d like to thanks for therapist Nacha’s professional service. I went there coz I hurt my back the other day and my shoulder was tense and painful .. and my pain was gone after the massage. Thank you Nacha 😊
