    Best Spa in Panama City!
    Our experience was in a word, sensational! The staff was attentive, the masseuse were amazing, and the decor was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I had a couples massage for 2 hours after a very long flight and it was just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend you pamper yourself with a visit to the best spa in town!

    The best Spa ever
    This is the best spa in Panama. If you are here in Panama need to come to this spa the best relaxation ever. The massage, facial, scrub are amazing.

    Great yoga classes for all abilities
    Maya is a fantastic yoga teacher and teaches in such a calm and wonderful way. Her classes are fantastic! Can't recommend enough

    Excellent massage and great service
    The Fish Spa is great! Awesome staff and a warm, friendly environment. Definitely try out the oxygen bar! The essential oils improved our moods for sure

    Thorough, balanced, hands on
    I have been looking forward to trying Jose's class for a while now and he did not disappoint.

    "Balanced" is the the word I'd use to describe the overall experience of his class and space.

    His shala is calm yet energetic, he is very on top of the class and can read the room and read where you need adjustments. His adjustments were wonderful -- not too forceful but enough to make you realize how much more potential you have in a particular pose.

    I am very much looking forward to becoming a regular at Velez yoga and learning more through Jose.

    Facial Treatment
    Is the best service I had received. I felt so relaxed and I felt that I was treated as a queen. The treatment was a Deep Facial Cleansing. I was so happy who they would inform you a out the treatment and their recommendations for your type of skin. I fully recommend to go to their Spa.

    A good place to keep in shape while vacationing
    Found this place on the internet when I was looking for workout places while in Panama. They offer classes, privates, and semi privates in pilates. Our teacher for the day, Zuleka, was very good. (One tip: it is located in a residential area thus make sure you have a ride to your house or hotel secured as there are no cabs driving around. Zuleka extended herself to make sure we were not stranded.)
