Although there was a bit of hiccups it took our breath away. It was well worth it.
Beautiful scenery and the cave itself has a beautiful story to tell.

Definitely a must do when visiting Puerto Princesa. Highly recommend doing the 3 in 1 tour as it means you can go off and do more activities whilst your tour guide sorts the paper work for the caves. Both the mangroves and zip line are great activities. Our tour guide V and Josh were amazing handling everything with effortless ease making the trip stress free and enjoyable, highly recommend this company as we had nothing but positive experiences!

It is a very busy tour and our tour guide did his best to give us the best opportunity to see everything possible. There were a lot of us on the boat which made it crowded at times.

The underground river itself is amazing! I am so glad that the Filipino government has worked to preserve this place. The rock formations, the bats, the audio guide, our accommodating boat rower - I felt comfortable and informed during the whole trip.

I also enjoyed the add-on mangrove tour. It was fascinating to learn more about the local species and support the community. It is quick, though.

I will say that you have to have patience. There is a lot of waiting around, not due to the tour company. You have to wait at the dock for your boat group to get to the underground river, wait at the entrance because there are limited boats to go inside, wait for people to zip line and go on the mangrove tour (if these are not add-ons you’ve purchased). If you want to explore the underground river, waiting comes with the territory.

I wish prior to the tour, Corazon had mentioned the waiting and the process. It was also a little confusing when we got to the cave entrance (separate from our tour group) and we didn’t know what to do.

Would I do this again? Yes because it’s absolutely worth it, but bring a book!

What you have read is true, A and C are the best tours - I did all four of them.

The companies will get you there and feed you. Don’t expect too much more, they are there to get their job done.

I did four tours while I was there, the places you go are amazing but the level of care from the operators seem impacted by their familiarity of the setting - it’s special to you, not to them after the thousandth time!

We had an amazing and unforgettable trip to Palawan! Thanks to Corazon Travel for their professional services in organizing every trip detail (hotel, transfers, guides, activities, etc). Lycka from Corazon Travel did an excellent job in assisting us from start to finish. She answered all our questions and made sure that everything is going well by checking on us on a daily basis. Maraming Salamat Lycka!!! We would highly recommend Corazon Travel and look forward to booking another trip with them.

If you can afford it go early and go private tour. We left our hotel at 630 am and were first ones in - for 2024 as well as the day. It was seamless. Jo our guide and Eugene our driver were great. The caves themselves were amazing, such another world. Lunch was also good.

Very good day trip, with a good travel guide. The boat ride was very choppy on that day with big waves. The lunch was good, because it had a large Ahi Tuna fish that was tasty

My family and I had a lovely time on the tour and appreciate the high level of organisation and consideration of needs greatly.

Our tour guide on the boat, Kuya Nep was very well informed and expertly crafted our tour to get the most out of each island. He also helped my mother (senior woman) get the most out of the trip even when she doesn’t swim. Very grateful for his excellent service.

Could not be more highly recommended!

Watching the fireflies from the boat was very nice. However, the overall evening experience was disappointing. The two of us were added to a group of 7 others (9 in total) and we've been brought to a buffet restaurant in the city centre of Puerto Princesa to have dinner. This is not what was advertised and we had not been informed of the change. We regretted we did not go for dinner by ourselves for better value for money and experience. Also, the first place did not have any vegetarian food available (despite the fact that I sent multiple reminders to the organisers) so the group had to move to another location for the vegans and vegetarians of the group to eat. The car ride is a bit long, about 45 min each way for only 35 min on the boat. To conclude, I would advise you to reach the Fireflies place by yourself (worth it! And great to support the conservation of the area) and maybe take the opportunity to discover the North of Puerto Princesa by yourself instead of this group tour which does not add any value to your evening experience.

The transportation is excellent and Gilbert himself hosted us for the tour and showed us how wonderful El Nido is. I recommend this transportation service to couples that want to explore the beauty of Palawan.

This was our first full day in Puerto Princesa and we wanted to get a sense of the city. They arrived early to pick up us. Our tour guide, Banessa (not 100% sure how to spell her name) was awesome, knowledgeable and made the four hours go by seamlessly. She had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained. Nelson, our driver, was a very good driver and navigated the busy streets safely. We loved visiting the local artisans, learning more about some history, and getting to sample ube pastries. I would highly recommend this tour, especially early on in your trip, for anyone who wants to get a better taste of Puerto Princesa and its culture.

A brilliant excursion. Highly recommend it. Well organised and run. Clearly the Philippinos want to preserve this UNESCO site and it is good to see how well they are doing it.

Wow! That’s all I can say about this tour. The view on the entrance to the Underground cave was so beautiful. Inside the cave was amazingly mesmerizing! There were a lot of bats that smells a little, but not too much, unless you have a really sensitive nose. The rock formation inside the cave was interesting. The tour guide who will take you in the cave pointing out some interesting shape. It was fun to see the rock formation as the guide sees it. It was very dark in the cave but don’t worry, the guide has flashlight. After the Underwater, you get to eat lunch for free, included on your tour.. after lunch, you will drive to Ugong arocks where you can explore another cave by foot, and Zipline on top of the cave. This is optional, and cost money to do it, but very affordable.
