- Fazal Mahmud RoniDhaka City, Bangladesh819 contributionsJust 10/12 mins away in Tricycle from El Nido beach. One of the best sunset experience of my life.
After the driver drops you in front of the beach plaza…..just walk through for 5 mins to the beach. Once you reach there walk to the right side of the beach and go to extreme corner to view the spectacular sunset.
The beach and water is clean, so you can swim too. Number of beach side cafe and hotels are also available. After the sunset, you can chill any of those.

It is located around 20 minutes away from the town and the name comes for the shame communicating an small illet with the mainland.
It is an awesome natural spot but unfortunately too crowded of tourists, even I'm one of them, and we saw some pollution on the area, that is very disappointing.Written June 19, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I walked all the way down and spent some time under the palm trees and in the clear, aqua sea. Felt like I was on Survivor, no one around. Then, I rented a lounge at the beach club. It only cost 500php and that amount went toward any food or drinks (which I had both). What I thought would be an 1-2 hour visit turned into a full day of perfection.Written April 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. but as is with all things in SE Asia, lack of regulations mean it's unlikely to stay pristine and be sustainable over timeWritten December 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Just good for strolling. Access to hotels and restaurants is convenient.Written December 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There are quite a lot of tourists, but then again there are services and cozy domes by the sea. You should check the place and form your own opinion. The sun shines here and you will surely find your place on the beach sand!Written November 27, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - joancmartin3 contributionsOur stay at Casa Kalaw, one of the Lio Estates in El Nido was wonderful and relaxing. From airport pick up by JR, front staff, and breakfast/ kitchen crew with Sheila and Leah, the attention to detail and hospitality was remarkable. Our original assigned room had mildew and mould but they were able to accommodate a change of room for us to one that was clean. The overall estate is very environmentally conscious which was educational and useful for us to practice back at home.
The staffs smile lightened up the room and made our stay that much more memorable. Thank you again for great hospitality.Written July 26, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - PMEA18stoke on trent30 contributionsThis place is guaranteed good vibes, no matter the night! It's a friendly crowd with lovely staff. If you love dancing the night away with a great drink selection, this is the place for you. Just note though it does get really busy, but that goes to show how fun the place is.Written July 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DiFBrisbane, Australia8 contributionsStunning. A beautiful beach, which is pristine and well-looked after. And you swim while you’re looking at a backdrop of islands that seems like something from a National Geographic photo shoot. We were there for sunset (breath-taking) , then made the very difficult decision of which of the many lovely bars and cafes we would go to for dinner, that are situated right on the beach. It was a very quick trip back to El Nido by tricycle afterwards, where we were staying. Lio Beach is one of our favourite spots in the Philippines.Written January 19, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
