I reserved the half-day speedboat tour for Thursday, March 30th and was disappointed when the tour was canceled the day before because they had not reached the minimum amount of reservations required (as advised on the website)….
It is now TWO MONTHS later and after exchanging 20 emails I still have not received a refund. I continue to get excuses about why there is a delay, but that I should ‘rest assured’ that the refund is being processed!
I had read some reviews about other people having issues in the past but of course didn’t expect that there would be any reason for concern since the operator canceled the tour and in doing so I was denied the experience I had paid for. Very unprofessional, a huge waste of my time, and it has certainly tainted my feelings about my vacation in El Nido —so disappointing!!!
