I chanced upon this travel tours on facebook group. The tour owner post more often which adds credibility. I book 1D1N Balabac tour with them. All the transaction are done online (bank transfer and voucher and itinerary). By far, it was the biggest online transaction I had for a tour but never I had single thoughts or worry even the trip got more closer. They keep me updated time to time.

Trip: I had short brief about my Balabac itinerary and got pick by van a bit late but acceptable since he pickup other guests too. I reached Buliluyan Port earlier than expected, there where I met personal guide Jed. She is a local and had live in Balabac and knows in and out of the island. She speaks well in English, Filipino and Cebuano. She made our Balabac day trip seamless, enjoyable and memorable. Patawan island and Onuk Island are the only two islands we choose and glad we did. They are best islands of all Balabac and spend more time of these two paradise.

Accommodation- I had less expectation of where we stay in Balabac since the Island is still developing but the guesthouse we stayed is actually ok. Somehow, exceeds my low expectation. It has AC, warm water, comfortable bed.

Food- We had seafood lunch in Patawan Island, prepare by the resort chef. Nice dinner in Balabac Island, serve with class A grilled fish, can't complain our stomach is happy.

Transportation- Boat from inter islands are small but do its purpose. Highspeed boat from Balabac Island back to the main island port is fast and saves a lot of time. Van transfer from city from/to port both are excellent drivers.

Overall, very happy with the service rendered my this tour company and staffs Ms Vanessa and Ms Jed.

    Highly recommend them.

I traveled in Palawan for 2 weeks - puerto princesa, el nido and coron, but this by far has been my favourite vacation memory out of all the lovely beautiful nature experiences. If you are planning to visit Palawan, do remember to sign yourself up for this 'Swim with the Whale Sharks' tour... you won't regret it. Ivy from the front desk is very communicative, friendly and polite. I got in touch with her through whatsapp on their number on Facebook. Right from Day 1, she was super accommodating, responsive and kept me up to date about the whale shark's sightings and seasons when their spotters went out to recce the area. She was also very patient in arrangements and offered suggestions to suit my itinerary. I felt very welcomed as their guest even before touching down in the Philippines.

On the day of the tour itself, Ivy herself and her dad came to pick me up by their car from my accommodation. I was not living in the town centre but a little further out yet they had no problems with that. The crew was cheerful, friendly and did their best to spot whale sharks for us. We waited very long that day but finally we spotted the whale sharks after they searched high and low, not giving up.

The banca boat was very comfortable, large, and there was plenty of space to sit around and watch the sea. It also had a tiny lavatory on board which I seldom see on bancas.

The food they cooked for the tour was very delicious and abundant! The lady who cooked it for us was very kind and polite too. I really appreciated how she 'kept a lookout for me' when I had to use the bathroom, standing at the 'curtain door' to ensure the door was well covered from the billowing breeze. It's staff members like her and Ivy who make the tour great.

I really enjoyed the day trip! Saw the whale shark face to face and in close proximity almost every time that I jumped into the water. A heads-up though : You have to be a (reasonably) good swimmer in order to get the most out of this tour. The whale shark may swim really quickly past, so if you cannot "keep up" with it or navigate your vision underwater in time amidst all the excitement, you may just catch a mere glimpse of it - like its tail as it swims away. Stay calm in the open ocean (they provide good life jacket and snorkel and mask and large fins), put on lots of sunblock because the heat and direct sun is strong. Strengthen up and rest well before the day trip because a lot of swimming will be required whenever you jump into the water to have a look at the whale shark, then swim back to the boat a few meters. You need to really take care of yourself when you're in the water as well since it is an open ocean and you can get tired from swimming in the waves. Keep your eyes open and alert so you do not swim and knock your head onto the banca/or propellor while excitedly swimming after the whale shark (which nearly occured to me). Safety is most important, you have to keep that in mind when you sign up for this tour you have to watch out for your own physical abilities and also proficiency when swimming in the ocean. Just my suggestion: It would be better if more crew members were tasked to swim together with the guests to watch over the guests who are in the water. Example 1 crew member to 3 guests ratio.

We did a turtle and island hopping tour. Great communication and the tour arranged to a great detail at a very short notice. We were snorkelling and have seen many turtles and the beautiful reef. Delicious lunch on the boat with seafood and fruits prepared by our guide Lalai who with the whole crew looked after us and was very accommodating. I would recommend the tour and their service. Thank you and best wishes from Magdalena, Aggie and Peter.

Pandan Island by Legendary Tours is a must for every Palawan visitor, local or international. The place is comparatively quieter, offering a variety of things to do, games, photo shoots, etc or just feeding fish who show up like magic :-) Food is also good! :-)
