Amazing trip! Rolly did a great job of managing the time so we weren’t waiting forever at each activity. He is a smart, polite, and funny tour guide. Highly recommend this expedition.
The tour was well organized and the guide was great. It is worth noting that that travel and wait for the boat ride consumed majority of the tour time unfornately. The boat ride to the caves was about 30 minutes and the cave visit was roughly 45 minutes. The cave itself was fantastic and worth the visit.
This was a wonderful excursion. Our guide, Jojie, was AMAZING! We also appreciated the significant assistance from Jave in making arrangements. Thank you, Travel Cart Tours!
This half day tour covers the highlights in and around Puerto Princesa City. Baker's Hill was an unexpected delight not just excellent baked goods but lovely gardens as well. Ernie was a great guide friendly and knowledgeable.
The tour and the guide are both amazingly best. the tour was a fun and worthwhile. Was such an amazing experience. I would always love to be back here in Palawan
The 5 days/ 4 nights is actually 2,5 day for trips, the rest of the time we spent on transfers. In day 2 we waited for 4h for our pickup in an intersection outside city/ village. The accomodation were decent. Nice personnel, they sent reminders on Whatsapp every evening for next day activities.
Tour guide and driver were great, pick up from my hotel comfortable van with cold a/c, we’ll organised, not much of a wait time. Went on the zip line was amazing highly recommend . Underground river was fantastic well organised , the arrange lunch was perfect was a great day out
We had a trip from El Nido to Puerto Princesa as well as from Puerto Princesa to the airport. Jacob (I believe), drove us from El Nido to our hotel in Puerto Princesa and he was great. Friendly, good driver and felt comfortable riding with him. The car was great as well. Gilbert drove us to the airport and he was also a great driver and he was fun to talk to for our experience. Highly recommend!
Please DON’T book your tour with this tour operator else you will ruin your enjoymenr of El Nido. Firstlu they told me that they would pick me up at 3am so I was out on the road waiting. At 3:45am I rang and the lady told me that she would call me back shortly. I waited until 4:30am them tried calling again. Noone picked up the call. At 5:20am the lady rang to inform that the driver was on their way. The driver arrived at 5:45am. And the horror started. I was the only passenger. He drove at 200kmh on a very windy road all the way. It was so scary for me. It took us less than 3 hours to get from Puerto Princesa to El Nido. It is usually a 5-6 hours jouney. When we got to El Nido the driver didn’t know where he should take me. He asked me to call the El Nido agent and I was like what. I wasn’t given these details.Anyway finally I connect with the tour guide.
The tour itself was fabulous. Our tour guide John was very nice. The magnificent views on the boat and kayaking were just soo good.
Drama again when I finished my tour. The driver in the morning had told me that they would be waiting for me at the same place he dropped me. When I rang him he said I ring the tour operator which I did. Then the lady asks me “ where about are you?” Me like at the place where driver dropped me in the morning. She goes like you will be picked up by a different driver. No more details provided and she hang up. Luckily the El Nido tour guide-John was so helpful. After one hour wait we found the driver.
In summary the tour once in El Nido is fabulous. Just don’t book your tour with this tour agent
This was really cute . My Pinoy partner relived his childhood when he was catching fire flies in the river . The food was great and we really enjoyed going through the mangroves by night. For me the first time to have a fire fly in my hand. It is magic and reminds me of the Pater Pan story . Go do the tour.
I had such a wonderful, unforgettable and enjoyable time with my Fiancé, my niece and the new friends we met during the tour. A special shoutout and thank you too MC and Kuya Russell for the good and positive vibes and for making my Fiancè's birthday very special and one to remember. As emcee would say the ENERGYYY IS GIVINGGGG✨️ Definitely coming back next time we're in El Nido.
It was a very organised trip. Divine did a good job guiding us. I would say to make sure you coordinate with them the day before to know if there will be adjustments with the time you’ll be fetched from where you’re staying at.
If you can afford it go early and go private tour. We left our hotel at 630 am and were first ones in - for 2024 as well as the day. It was seamless. Jo our guide and Eugene our driver were great. The caves themselves were amazing, such another world. Lunch was also good.
