I really love this place and the locals the way they welcome us is very warm and very approachable. The entire vicinity is very cool and amazing especially the rock formation inside the cave and I like the activity here since this is my first time going here and encountering spelunking. I really recommend this place, especially to our family and friends.

Because of my moms boss we had a chance to see how beautiful this place is and we never regret the experience. Local food is 100% good plus the tourist guides are very patient. Each island has a different experience that make us enjoy the place, plus its really an instagramable place because of the blue sky and clear sea water. 1night is not enough to explore hundred Islands and I wish that soon I would bring my mom here again along with the rest of my family.

Just out of Camiling is Canding Falls. It is well worth the trip to not only see these falls but also swim beneath them and for the brave jump from them. Yes I jumped. My tip is to hire one of the local guides to show you the easiest ways to get there

Discovered this place by accident. Came over the hills past the Filipino Congress Buildings, passing the tip at Patayas - a wonder is all manner of recyclers on the approach roads. Across the broad bridge into Montalban then left at the end and literally head for the hills following signs for the Wawa dam.

The road ends at a parking spot with a pedestrian suspension bridge that would not look out of place in Nepal. The river was in full spate and seemed like a great spot for some whitewater kayaking.

    Around 90 mins from Manila.

Reserve more time if you plan to go there for there are several activities you can do while being there. You can go up the hill to take pictures of the wind mills upclose or perhaps do the stations of the cross. Going down you can ride the horse going to kapurpurawan, a friendly tour guide would love to show u around. Tired of those activities, seat and relax order empanada or buy mini windmill souveneers at the parking area. I had a nice time out there. Definitely going back here

I live near here and it's a nice visit but not exciting. The restaurant or snack bar is mediocre. There is a hotel but they said I had to make a reservation at City Hall in Legaspi??? Not real friendly. I was with my wife who is a Filippino.

The map places the site east of Lagao. It's about 50km north of there in Pagudpud, on the north Pacific coast

Went here via motorboat with my friends. Seen people diving from the cliff. It looks amazing. Snorkeling is an activity too. Must try. Must visit

Whilst attending a wedding on Masbate Island, we were told that it was a must do to visit Buntod Reef, or the sand island as the locals call it.
In reading some of the posts here, it is evident that some people don’t research places before they go there or are unable to adjust to a third world cultures and conditions.
Yes sand bars and reefs DO go under at high tides, so you go there at low tide as we did and we had a ball.
The water is crystal clear and visibility under water was 100’s of metres.
We saw giant clams, clown fish (Nemo) and coloured corals.
You can hire a complete hut that is elevated above the high tide, you can hire snorkelling equipment and scuba tanks.
There is no food except packet chips, snacks ect. So take your own and make sure you take your rubbish home with you or place in bins provided.
This is a marine sanctuary so let’s keep it that way.
We hired a boat from to Fish Port in Masbate City and it picked us up at Ranchell Resort with eight persons for a pittance and it’s nothing for such a great day out. Remember the boat driver is entitled to be paid something while he waits for you which in our case was about three hours. Any charges by boat people or tricycle drivers is only pocket money for us, don’t be mean, I always give a little extra.
We had a ball and it is highly recommended as something you don’t do very often.

Should you be planning on an adventure way on the western part of Pangasinan, try the umbrella rocks formation or the Pristine beach of Abagatanen white sand in Agno pangasinan. The Abagatanen Beach is quite serene but mind you it would be worth the trip if your into nature and of course a beach lover, not to mention that it is way way far from the busy noise of a City. The road leading to those places will be worth a lifetime specially if you could watch the sun setting on the horizon :) just give it a shot and give me a shout, have some wonderful time and GODSPEED.

These rock formations demonstrate how Mother Nature can sculp masterpieces just using wind and water. You'll pass by this scenic spot on your way to Brgy. Songsong in the municipality of Uyugan in Southern Batan Island. You can have some photos taken here, especially by the famous "BLOW UR HORN" road sign, which you can find only in Batanes.
