The museum is spacious and the art collections are really great. The location is quiet, safe and has an awesome view of Taal.

Our cousins brought us here on a Sunday! Very nice but lots of steps. Wide variety of Philippine art and outdoor sculptures. Each location has a theme. I felt proud the Philippines has a world class art exhibit like this. They do have a cafe - Cafe Rizal that is popular with the locals. They run out of ice and other food early though. They need to fix their logistics. Also one negative is parking- you have to park on the residential streets and good thing they have parking attendants to guide you. Good for a quiet contemplative day.

It’s always fun to visit galleries, especially when the gallery features young and upcoming local artists.

Glad that there's a gallery that shows distinctive art of Filipino artists nowadays (Abueva, Orlina and now Sanso). I read his profile before going to the museum and saw how his artworks transforms throughout his life. It's in their website.

There are actually two seperate attractions here side by side which have ended up in a mixture of reviews on trip advisor. Each have a seperate entrance fee
First is the kamay na bato and second is bahay na bato. Both exhibit stone are but one is more of a garden setting and is a longer more relaxing walk in the grounds of the owner and the other is a more bright and colourful exhibit of stone art in a smaller area. Both are photo worthy and both have food, toilet facilities and souvenir stores.
The area is so quiet and peaceful with plenty of places to stop and reflect and beautiful views. I really enjoyed my visit here

One time, going back to Manila from Sariaya, we decided to hit one of my “places to visit in Quezon list”.... the Tiaong White house.

The place was really hard to find. We had to ask several people around Tiaong.
The entrance from the Main Road, was a dirt road, and there were absolutely no sign boards. I simply “sniffed” around, and wild guessed the several forks in the woody rough roads, until we arrived at the White House.

The Gentleman Owner and wife was around at the time. They were jolly receptive, and we really enjoyed the chat.

The place was intentionally “unmarked”. If arrangements for group tours and occasions are made, they will mark the roads with banners and flags.

As per info, they don’t charge but will accept donations to fund their local charities.
You will also be required to make an entry in the Guest List notebook.

The place is in Repair during weekdays. Thus we were lucky to visit on a quite weekend.
The paint is fading during our visit, but I am sure it will soon revert to its former glory.

The missus is beautiful, with a big smile for guest. Me and the wife were honored to meet them.

You will be assisted to climb to the highest viewing deck, where the view of the whole town is breathtaking.

And yes, the place is surrounded by the curious works of the Dr and Artist.

We loved the short visit. I suggested they should open a small bar and restaurant and open the place for events and such, also a few rooms for rentals.

We will re visit every chance we get.

This is Manila’s best art museum by some distance, unless you make it out to the Pinto Museum. They have rotating exhibitions, along with displays from their extensive Filipino modernist collection and new acquisitions.

Book ahead via the website as currently walkins are not allowed.

Our go to mall when we’re here in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Not too big not too small, just right to visit and hang out (cool off). Food court have varieties to choose from. I don’t know why this is the first time I’m writing a review for this place since I’ve been here many times. Anyways, its a must visit when in Quezon City.

I think the place is basically his house. We had a good time and we're very lucky to see the master Ben Hur Villanueva at work. He was there working on another painting and his wife arrived as well. Picture-taking is not allowed but we were lucky that Sir Ben allowed to have a picture taken with him. Another "new site" and experience for our kids.

Walked around the corner popped a museum / gallery that promotes artists. Easy browse for a very small space, but it is a good way to promote one or two artists for this is unlike the massive art galleries around the world that can overwhelm the non-artsy types within 30mins. Very cute.
