- Vishal M2 contributionsThe guide was very prompt, responsive and responsible he made sure we reached on time for the sunrise. And the view was amazing we took so many photos. Our hot air balloon captain (Anter) was very informative while we were passing monuments and we felt safe and he also did a 360 degree view of the sunrise so that everyone could get a panoramic picture and view.And also keep some extra change in your pockets to give to the people who help the hot air balloon land. - Teodosio4 contributionsThe cruise was very nice although we would have appreciated if they would have told us beforehand what ship we would have boarded and the actual itinerary. The cruise ships on the Nile are all formally 5* but of course there are old and new ones, the one we got was not of the same standard as the one advertised. Also, depending on the day of departure the itinerary can shift and we ended up sailing just one day out of four and visiting Luxor in one day instead of two half days, which makes it quite a demanding day after the hot air baloon ride at sunrise. We were moored in Aswan for two nights. I would therefore suggest to ask amd confirm the name of the cruise ship and the final itinerary before booking.
The tour operator itself was very responsive and helpful but as they use other tour operators in Aswan and Luxor to organize the transfers and guides the communication can get a bit messy and their partners are not as responsive.

The Opera boat was clean, and all the employees were friendly. They always asked about our conditions, whether we were happy by service or whether we were missing anything. Ahmed, our tour guide, was always smiling and answered all questions before asking. It was really the most beautiful 4 days in Upper Egypt. We recommend it to anyone who wants to take a Nile cruise in Egypt. - Khaya1 contributionWe have just finished our 4 day Nile cruise from Aswan and loved every minute of the cruise and sightseeing .
Our guide Ahmed was exceptionally good . He has a great love for Egyptian history and his knowledge is astounding , We learnt so much from Ahmed !
Nothing was to difficult, he was patient , kind thoughtful and our safety was his top priority .
