- Douglas sAdelaide, Australia57 contributionsDelightful stay and this prestigious hotel. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable well fitted out excellent food- Breakfast and dinner, Could no fault it. A big shopping mall within - upmarket and upper price range, all named companies in fashion represented with spa complex extremely well fitted a little pricy though, and centre has another massage company which was also excellent. Recommend for upmarket clientele.Written March 10, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Nada El-Halfawy3 contributionsA good massage starts before you even set foot through the door. It was easy to book an appointment and Monica was helpful and professional at the end of the telephone. Rabab who walked me through the place had a very welcoming and warm aura too.
The best consultation I have ever had before a massage and I think will be unbeaten is when Yatti, the therapist, not only asked me about my health but also about my session goals. In other words, she set herself some targets to meet at session level, plus she was actively managing the my expectations and setting targets to achieve the required wellbeing results.
Then comes the tricky part and that is applying the right pressure which I believe is 90% skill and 10% magic. As may be expected, I've had a marvelous massage that miraculously untangled my knots and that at some points felt like a workout. Yatti, the therapist, always checked with me throughout the session if the pressure is within my pain threshold or if it needs to be increased.
In addition to the fact that my whole body feels utterly relaxed and that Yatti managed to put me at so much ease, there's an element of surprise over here; Her abdominal massage provided me with instantaneous relief for the bellyache I've been complaining of for weeks and couldn't find a solution for. I even did notice my colon de-bloat immediately as. Thanks to the magical hands of Yatti.
Not to forget to mention, the lighting and music were soft and serene. To top it off, the aftercare in the relaxation room is a plus. I was handed chopped fresh fruits and refreshing drinks by Rabab while sitting on a lazy chair overlooking the pristine view of the Nile.
Overall fantastic experience which I would confidently recommend to anyone and would most certainly repeat it myself. Thanks Fairmont Spa especially Yatti and Rabab.Written July 12, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We wondered if we could add to the one hour each we had pre-booked but unfortunately they where fully booked, We shall opt for that in advance, next time.
It was a great experience which we both enjoyed very much and shall repeat again in the near future. Highly recommneded.Written October 23, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The staff are friendly and helpful, the range of massages, facials and body treatments are delivered by skilled professional therapists and the treatment rooms are clean and peaceful. I enjoyed time out here as a treat and come back whenever I’m in the area. Recommended!Written June 16, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Björk Ó2 contributionsWe were a group of 8 women and one of us was getting married. This was during the end of Ramadan and thus limited working hours, but the owner of the spa and the ladies who worked there really went far out of their way to accommodate us, showing tremendous hospitality. Each woman in our group loved their experience, some had the Moroccan baths, others medical massages and relaxation massages. The fact that the place is for ladies only made the atmosphere very comfortable for us, as a bit of a bachelorette treat. Lastly, we all found the place very hygienic and felt comfortable leaving our personal items in the lockers at reception.Written April 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sanka1 🇱🇰🇬🇧Bicester, UK3,410 contributionsExtremely good and clean spa located within the Cairo Marriott hotel. We visited for massages and facials for my better half and it was great. It was busy with so many bookings so we didn't get to go on a couples massage, however we decided to get massages on different days. The pricing is a bit higher than expected but this might be tourist pricing fit for visitors to the hotel. The service was great with experts at work there.Written January 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
