- Fiona CBrisbane, Australia21 contributionsTo start this team made our holiday relaxing by taking care of every small detail from room bookings, to valeting our personal gear each day, airport transfers and trips into town. They are contactable 24/7 and are so willing to help with every small detail.
The boat setup was the best we've used yet with dry boxes and lunches were delicious and generous. We were picked up on the jetty from our hotel Palau Royal Resort at 8 am each morning with our equipment ready to go to head straight out for 3 dives per day. The team were warm, fun and safe. They offer Nitrox and the tanks were always full and the team helped us into our gear each dive. All we needed to do was roll off the side and float in the warm clear water and enjoy the fish.
The team worked out a great schedule based on the weather by doing outer dives while the weather produced insanely good conditions and inner bay dives when things took a turn for the worst. We did a perfect mix of wreck and reef dives including drift and hook dives as the sharks, fish balls, mantas and fish swim past. They even took my son and I out diving when there was just the 2 of us. We know other dive operators cancelled another pair of divers when they didn't want to send an additional boat. They took very good care of some inexperienced divers and the other divers could then relax.
The boat captain drove expertly so we could enjoy the experience rather than getting to the next destination fast. When the weather was anything other than glass, they moved the boat to "Some place else" which was beautiful and calm for a relaxing lunch. I'm really particular with everything and it was the best holiday and dive experience we've had yet.

Jordy & Siase great & funny captains.
The bar on site was great.
We booked a package & everything was covered, any extra costs identified before & affordable, able to pick up equipment the next day after drying.
I wasn’t great air compared to the rest of the group & Yuki was tasked with looking after me, she was always happy, helpful, knowledgeable & calm
John’s was great & willing to sit & chat to help people improve. Their dive experience.

I really can't rate them high enough and I've done my fair share with many companies. I won't be going anywhere but here.
Always professional, safe and fun where its needed. The gear is in good condition, even had what seemed like a brand new BCD this time so this shows they update regularly. All dive masters are truely masters of their craft. Big shout out especially to Annya, Clarke and Ray, only because that's who I spent the most time with, but they are all legends. The local captains are faultless, making you feel safe even when the weather turned on us a couple of times. Dive briefs are clear and concise and well communicated.
If you are going to dive Palau, dive with fish and fins. I'll be back again and again, hopefully with my son next time. Thanks ever so much guys. I corresponded with Olivia several weeks before our arrival, and she assured me they could work with our limited time. All I can say is they delivered! They had a van waiting for us as soon as we got off the ship, fitted us with equipment, and off we went. We were able to get in 2 great dives (we had to cut our last dive a bit short), but they dropped us off at our tender stop exactly when we requested. Such great and personal service! This trip ticks every box—stunning scenery, intact coral, AMAZING marine life, great campsites and equipment, knowledgeable, friendly guides and outstanding food. Ron Leidich and his team run a top notch operation. If you are even thinking of a trip to Palau, you should consider this one. The tour guide Grant and an office agent were highly professional, friendly and accommodating. - CEOHaleiwa, HI2,610 contributionsWe booked the Milky Way & Long Beach tour online. It was easy and hassle free. Our booking was confirmed promptly. They picked us up at the hotel on time. We went to their office to get snorkeling gear and life jackets. Everything was well organized. The boat was safe and well maintained. The Milky Way experience was unique. We did not get see the Long Beach because it was high tide. Instead, they took us to 3 snorkeling sites which were teeming with sea life. Lunch on one of the islands was included. Delicious bento lunch. Staff were pleasant, informative, and attentive. Hiroshi was excellent. He made sure we had fun and were safe. And Swing and his crew where so helpful. Highly recommend and so much better value than onboard ship tours. Besides the sites being unreal, the customer service & professionalism was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They were so flexible because of initial bad weather. They picked me up from my B&B. We took off but weather wasn’t great visual so they said they would land & let me go again later that day if it cleared up, which it did for no extra fee. While I waited they dropped me off in town to have breakfast than back up again. We dived with them and did a day tour.
We dived with 3 dive companies in Palau during our stay and Cruise Control were by far the best.
Polite and accommodating staff, delicious food and excellent facilities.

The staff are always positive and supportive, encouraging the divers and helping through any challenges. The amenities on the ship are comfortable and the perfect amount of space for the number of passengers. Food and drink was top notch. Absolutely spoiled by having the team take care of our gear between dives so we could truly eat, sleep, dive, repeat! Special shout out to Sebastian for leading the team in a truly professional manner and juggling all the moving parts of the operation. Anne and the rest of the team for knowing what we needed before we could speak! - Eugenia L2 contributionsSuper amazing dive shop! They are right next to Royal hotel, but they provide free hotel pick up for almost any hotel you stay in Koror. We had 4 days of diving with Blue Marlin and everything is great. Our main dive master is Tomi and sometimes Shinichi will be on the boat with us when we have a larger group. The dive masters are super considerate and took really good care of us, they always make sure everyone else in the group are ok. During the dive, the dive masters will also help us best spots to see things. Even our boat captain and the super sweet lady in the shop are extra friendly. When we come back from the boat everyday, the nice lady in the shop (sorry I forgot her name) always prepare delicious hot tea for us! All the staff speaks English and Japanese (and may other language?). The equipment we rented from Blue Marlin are clean and well taken care of. Before every dive, the dive masters will double check everything again for us even after we already checked the equipment. Even their lunch bento boxes are super yummy!! :)
Blue Marlin really took the extra steps in hospitality so we have an enjoyable dive underwater and even when we are on the shore. The dive sites we went to were amazing. Everything was perfect, the dives, the boat, diving staff and boat crew were awesome. - Nicole DLos Angeles, CA336 contributionsMy husband and I recently did the 40 minute sightseeing flight over the Rock Islands. As a person who isn't normally enthusiastic about flying in a 6 seat cessna plane with an open door, I quite was surprised at how much I ended up enjoying the experience!
The company was incredible throughout the whole experience. We booked very last minute, but they sent a complimentary van and a super friendly driver out to pick up us from our hotel and take us to the airport. We waited a few minutes in a nice, air conditioned room, before taking us out to the plane.
Once I got over the initial bumps of the small airplane, I was blown away by the sights of the islands below! In my opinion, it's the best way to see Palau. The pilot was also very nice, pointing out points of interest below, and acting as a guide during the entire flight.
