Avi was our driver and our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, professional, serious at time but he is very approachable and friendly. We drove a lot and he made sure to immerse us with the Israeli culture. It was a very good experience and when we even had extra time, he showed us around the Kiboot, not sure if I spelled that correctly. He was very pleasant indeed. I enjoyed my tour with him.
We were not able to go to Mt Bernal because of some road repairs. I hope we had a substitute place to visit but Avi was very apologetic and sincere when he explained to us about what happened. With this excellent customer service from him, I’ll still give this tour 5/5.
We went to the olive factory. They sell good products. We had lunch there. The Peta was prepared by a local, it was very thin with a delicious sauce and fresh vegetables.

The places are wonderful, I highly suggest to visit them especially Masada Fortress. Anan did his best to make our experience more enjoyable. He explained a lot of things, even the tour description said that we couldn't expect a guide.

Watching the sun break through the desert over the dead sea from the historical ruins of Masada after a strenuous but pretty short hike up the snake trail is a lasting memory. Ein Gedi was also bursting with nature. Our bus was very clean and comfy and the driver, Sam, had plenty of towels as well as stories to share. This is self-guided so do some reading on the locations you are visiting before you book. - Michael SSan Jose, CA2 contributionsI booked the relaxation trip through my hotel because I already saw Mesada before in the past. I did not expect them to combine my tour with the mesada tour. They dropped me off at this place called Kalia beach which was not very nice, no air conditioner anywhere, no spa, very limited facilities. The tour guide just left and went with the other group and expected me to stay there for 7+ hours in the hot sun with no AC. I left after 6 hours I hired a private taxi to take me back to Jerusalem for 250 sheckels.
This is a transportation only service and should not be advertised as a tour, its very misleading and there is no spa at all at the location they brought me to. I found out other companies offer the same transportation service for half the price and dont market it as a tour.
I asked Bein Harim for help to get a taxi back after being stuck at this shoddy facility all day and they wouldn't even help me get a taxi. - Joe1 contributionAvraham accompanied my wife and I on a tour. It was a cruise ship port so time was limited. The tour was excellent. We got to see a lot more sights than we would have with a cruise ship tour. Avraham is very knowledgeable with regard to history, arts and the sacred sights of the Christian, Jewish, and Muslim religions. He knew the time of day and the order to see the sights to use our time efficiently. - Randy1 contributionMy daughter and I were with Avraham for 4 days. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and has the experience to know the little things that most other tour guides would miss. My daughter has lived in Israel for a year and a half and has been to Masada several times previously with school tours. She said that Avraham was the best guide by far. We walked around Masada for quite a while as he pointed out the differences in each of the Roman camps at the base and how the siege was done. He explained in detail how the water system worked and why the group living there had left Jerusalem. He gave us a lot of information about the dead sea and how much commercial activity goes on. Dvir, our tour guide for the day, was knowledgeable, accommodating and made us feel as if he was enjoying the time as much as us. Nothing was too much for him and we would certainly use him and your company again for another tour. In fact, I have passed your number to my father-in-law who lives in Israel for his future expeditions. Dvir also gave great Humus recommendations. Started with the heights and ended with a nice tranquil time at the dead sea. Samuel, our tour guide, took the three of us on a one-of-a-kind Jeep trip through the Judean desert, stopping for amazing pictures and explaining to us the historical background and regional significance of the various sights. Samuel was professional in every way, friendly and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. This was one of several trips I had already taken with Ben Harim Tours and it certainly was another outstanding experience.
