The tour was very good but the start was delayed due to having to change buses at the main office that dragged on for an hour or so. The end went on and on due to waiting to pick up people from another tour bus along the way then dropping off at different hotels. I would use another company if I had to do it over again.

A very last minute trip to Tel Aviv so not a lot of time to plan, and this was the perfect trip to see Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Our tour guide, Sivene and driver Abi, were brilliant; she was so patient, knowledgeable and willing to share as much as she could to ensure we all went away that little bit more aware of our past. We were very lucky that the queues were short (1.5 hours) in Bethlehem, and we had rain in Jerusalem which kept people away, so were able to touch so much of our history. If you are thinking about going, just go, even a slight glimpse into the past is worth it.

I really enjoyed the visit to some of the holy places in the Palestinian territories. It was a rich and inspiring experience for me, even being an old pagan.

After a group of 8 persons initially boarded the wrong bus (a mix up with a different tour company) Bein Harim went out of their way to help us. They arranged for our group to be picked up and got us onto the correct bus. We had tour guide Dan who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour itself is great, the Sea of Galilee, Nazareth and Capernaum are both interesting and beautiful. Definitely worth your money.

Whilst in Tel Aviv with a large group of friends, we went on a tour to Jerusalem and The Dead Sea with Bein Harim. Our tour guide, Avishay, gave a succinct history of Israel, demonstrated a great deal of experience, knowledge and leadership skills. His warm personality, sense of humour and passion for his craft made the entire experience memorable. Great tour with absolute value for me, would definitely recommend.

I’m giving a 5 in comparison of another tour we took after. The main reason are for the sites - I don’t have any god or religion yet it was very interesting to discover such places. The guide was very nice, not pushy, with a great sense of humor. The Dead Sea was also something to experience. Despite the bad weather we managed to enjoy it for a bit.

This was a great way to see Petra with a limited amount of time, but I went into it without a lot of info and thought some details about my experience would be helpful. There is one bus taking people from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem who have booked 1, 2 and 3 day trips, so the bus fills up more than you would expect. They also get people in Eilat which is why the border crossing they use is the one that's furthest away (Yitzhak Rabin/Wadi Araba). This makes the drive very long. We were picked up in Jerusalem at 3am, had two 30 minute rest stops, and arrived at the border crossing at 8am. There were people there to help us through the entire border crossing process, which took about 90 minutes. The good thing about this crossing is that it was completely deserted, only our group was there, and it's open late even on Friday night, which is when we went. They accepted credit card payment for the $65 exit tax on the bus, but cash (USD or NIS) was needed for the $60 visa fee. No one asked for the Visit Jordan QR code.

Once through the border, we divided up based on the length of our trip and met our bus and Jordanian tour guide. Our guide was great and gave us lots of interesting information on the ride. We had another 30 minute rest stop on the way to Petra and were at the entrance at 2pm (lost an hour due to the time zone change).

We had to be back at the meeting place at 4:30pm, so we decided to leave the group to see as much as possible. The guide took everyone as far as the Treasury. I'm not sure how much free time they had after that. We made it as far as the Great Temple before we had to turn around to make it back in time. There are golf carts that will take you through the Siq for $27; maybe it would've been worth it to save the walk time. There are horses included in the price of the ticket, but they only take you from the entrance to the beginning of the Siq and the way the guys treat them is questionable.

At 4:30 we met at a restaurant near the entrance called Sandstone and a buffet lunch was included that was actually really good. Around 5pm we started the trip back. We stopped to pick up people who were ending multi-day trips and had another 30 minute rest stop on the way back to the border. Returning to Israel was considerably faster than arriving in Jordan. There is no exit tax if you're in Jordan for less than 24 hours.

We had one 30 minute rest stop on the way back to Jerusalem and arrived at about midnight. All the rest stops were clean with nice bathrooms and lots of snacks, so you can either bring snacks or buy them at the stops.

All in all a very long and tiring day with only 2 1/2 hours in Petra, but it was very well organized and we had no problems. There are faster ways to get to Petra that might be worth looking into to maximize your time there, but if you don't want to worry about figuring it out yourself, I recommend this tour.

This trip was a good experience for us. Our guide, Dia, did a wonderful job of maneuvering us through a very crowded site. He also explained the Bethlehem story to us in ways we had not heard of before.

A bit of a late start, but once we got going, the going was good. Stopped for a short bathroom/coffee break, then headed to Ein Gedi. Guide was specific and gave us time to do things on our own or join him. Loved the hike to David Falls….and would love to just go and hike this area on own! Guide answered all our questions re the area and its history.on to Masada, the 2d movie and cable ride up where he gave us a rather brief but good tour. On to the Dead Sea private beach…quite the set up. I had already been to the Dead Sea on Jordan side, but the stop was nice…tho rather commercial but good facilities (as they should be for the price). All in all a brief but good tour. Only complaint is that for the price, at least one of the admissions should have been included!

Yoav was an incredible guide! So knowledgable about everything we saw (including things we didn’t see). And was super friendly when answering all kinds of questions. I took the tour when there were some “tensions” but I always felt safe with Yoav. Great tour overall!

We had a confusing situation where I signed up father in law by mistake for this tour and we realized we had to walk and he could not (he needs a walker). Fortunately, Dan Porges was very helpful and he found a can driver who could take him close tp the Western Wall so he could go there. Dan, although Jewish, was respectful of our Christian beliefs. He also took us for a tour a few days later to the Dead Sea and he helped me figure out how to take my father in law to the beach. Dan was also very knowledgeable and I later looked up some of the famous portraits he has done of Israeli prime ministers, intellectuals, and musicians. Dan Porges is a great guide!
