The store itselves is really small but the collection they have is amazing. I enjoyed my visit, there was a lot to see and the woman in the store was so kind and friendly.
They deserve it to receive more tourists back everyday!

I loved my visit to Beituna Al-Tahimi <3 The collection they store is amazing and tells so much about not only the traditional Palestinian embroidery but about how peopled lived, build their houses and cooked their meals as well!
So much details, original items, pictures. It's impressive and educational.
I really recommend a visit to this museum ánd to their shop: you won't believe your eyes when you see so much Palestinian embroidery (:

And a special shout out to the older woman who gave me the tour. Every question I asked was answered with a smile, kindness and patience. She demonstraded some items, how things worked in these days. It was really a great visit!

Plan couple of hours to visit this museum, it is well spent time. though one-sided the museum offers an interesting thorough overview of Palestine recent history, and there is plenty to learn from the info and data-rich displays. a few weeks went by since my visitm but some of what In saw still makes me thinking about the situation in the part of the world.
great the ambiance and the atmosphere of the hotel, where at the bar you can get fresh drinks and good snacks

We had a great tour here from the guide. Some examples of traditional Palestinian dress, an incredible section of Roman aqueduct, and some items found during excavation, and some thought provoking exhibits

Walking up to the Church of the Nativity look to your right and you will find a beautiful Cafe overlooking one of the busiest streets in Bethlehem. Choose the table that is most outwards..sit there and feast your eyes and your tastebuds with delicious Palestinian new cuisine..served with a great warm and welcoming smile. Hummus, quinoa salad and the best latte and cappucino in town.

On all three visits to Bethlehem I've walked past thinking this was one place I'd have no interest in at all. After numerous passings, my wife stopped to look and we heard good classical music, I was dragged in.

What a fascinating place! I had zero interest in nativities until I visited. How fascinating to see how many cultures were represented here and how they each portray that famous scene. Perhaps a bit imbalanced with so many from Italy, but no doubt this is being constantly addressed as other countries send theirs in.

Glad I visited, wound up taking ages and very good value too, not much at all.
