    This trip was a good experience for us. Our guide, Dia, did a wonderful job of maneuvering us through a very crowded site. He also explained the Bethlehem story to us in ways we had not heard of before.

    First class customer service.
    Great customer service even though we couldn’t do the tour. Ashdod port was cancelled due to civil unrest but company kept us up to date and rearranged tour to start from Haifa. As unrest escalated by the time we reached Haifa we had to leave port. Company automatically cancelled trip and refunded. Would definitely recommend them for their customer service. Unlike another company who we had booked Nazareth tour with, feel we are ‘blaming’ them for situation and refusing a refund. No one would suggest tour companies are to blame for political unrest.

    Fun and Knowledgeable Guide
    Like most of the tours as expected you will see the sites as mentioned in the itinerary.

    But what sets this company is Elias, our tour guide, who is not only very knowledgeable about the sites but also fun to be with. Never a dull moment with him as he handles more than 30 of us as a group. Rami the driver also contributes to the information. They are very organised and efficient, covering as many sites and information there is , keeping the timeline spot on.

    They ensure that no one is left behind and does roll call every now and then to check the attendance. I know for some this is annoying but I appreciate this a lot. This way we also begin to know our companions in the tour and create new found friendships!

    At the end of the day, veryone is dropped off to the specified location even if we came from Tel Aviv which is almost 2hrs drive back. They provided VIP taxi to end the day.

    Thank you so much for the wonderful and enlightening experience in Holy Land!

    A very unpleasant and unreliable experience
    We booked and paid the Bethlehem/Jerusalem tour in February 23 for April 23.
    The afternoon before the tour-day we got an SMS "tour cancelled".
    We called the office and the answer was: only 4 people.
    Imagine what it means: a tour booked two mounts ahead and the day before you got the information, that the operator cancelled the tour.
    And then, BEN HARIM credited only US$ 230.40 in stead of the paid US$ 240.00 - they deducted the cancellation fee of 4 %.
    BEN HARIM cancelled the tour and we should pay 4 % cancellation fee.
    Even we exchanged in the meantime about 10 mails, BEN HARIM is not willing to reimbourse the cancellation fee.

    A mix of nature and history
    This Jeep Tour was fascinating, the tour guide very friendly (he made mint tea for all in the middle of mountains), and the historic sites were breathtaking.

    Wonderful Bethlehem/Jericho tour!!!
    A wonderful and perfect half day tour to Bethlehem and Jericho.
    Our tour guide in Bethlehem, Abood aka ‘Uncle Abood’ was incredibly knowledgeable about the places we visited.
    Raed or Raza (Sp?) our driver was also very professional and explained all we needed to know to enjoy our day.
    Highly recommend.
    No meal stops so bring light snacks.

    Trip to Bethlehem and dead sea
    Amazing complete trip with everything include, great transport, food, guides who are really interested in what they doing, small group, long time to explore things like church and dead sea, no hassling in shops. They let you see a lot of places in Palestine Territory an roads wit amazing views. I had a perfect day, thanks for everything x

    Dani’s Tours are Excellent!
    I took two tours with Dani, to Nablus and Hebron, and I absolutely loved them. Dani is an excellent tour guide and gives detailed information about the culture, history and religion of the people. He is knowledgeable, honest, respectful and has a good sense of humour. I highly recommend taking a tour with Dani Alternative Tours.

    A unique opportunity to understand the West Bank
    There's no doubt about it: Hazem knows the region better than anyone. He can discuss geopolitics, religion and everyday life in a very educational way. Despite some personal concerns about the political context, I never felt in any danger.

    I'll remember for the rest of my life what I've seen and the people I've met thanks to Hazem. I encourage anyone who has the opportunity to travel in the region to take advantage of his knowledge! Thank you Hazem!

    Avi was our guide.
    We were a group of 7 women; and we wanted an informal yet informative trip to Israel. Meaning: We didn’t want to waste time on our memorable trip to such an important seat of modern history; but we also didn’t want a long-drawn history lesson either.
    So Avi got to know us on the first day itself and it was a fun 3-day session with him.
    Tour wise, he is knowledgable, easy to understand and walked us thru all the important and interesting sites. He managed the tour time according to our convenience (we even kept him late the first day and he was gracious about it).
    Avi also went the extra mile and made us feel as if a friend were taking us around. He tried to fit in as much as he could and still make it fun, even if we balked here and there. He urged us to walk the extra mile to see something interesting, took us to places not strictly on the itinerary simply because he thought we’d like it, took us to street-food joints and was like a big brother showing us around.
    Being both a certified guide as well as the driver of his own vehicle meant it was even more easy and friendly, and his connects w/ people at different places helped us see more sights with less red tape.
    He said that he’s managed tours with different group sizes; and more intense groups keen on packing in much more. So I guess that makes him versatile for almost any group.
    Would definitely recommend him - he’s a really nice guy and a good guide.
    Upside: Everything! Fun & informative!
    Downside: A tad more expensive than we are used to.
    But hey, everything in Israel is expensive and he was generous and courteous beyond price tag. 👍🏽

    Amazing in-depth visit to bethlehem!
    Michael makes sure you are engaged in his conversation. He speaks English with such a clarity and even took us to extra places.
    This was our best tour in a long time.

    Pearl of the Judean desert ☦️
    Thank God who led us to our brother in Christ Michael, he is full of life and I highly recommend his tour, his knowledge is paved with historical and biblical facts that can only strengthen your faith and knowledge depends what are you seeking for. We saw everything that was part of tour and if time allows Michael will stop at additional places if you are interested in something extra. Thanks for everything God bles you and your family, thanks for quickies we are waiting for recipe. 🤣🙏🏻
