Hi the follow has(in my opinon). The worlds worst customer service for disabled adults. That I can think of, I was a customer of theres for 5 years, never had a problem, except that they charge a booking fee!however, I was horrified to find, I had a paid for a trip, and sadly couldn't go, I had cancelled it well withinn there time travell! I didn't even mind loosing my £20 as a booking fee, as I had paid a lot more! I was told they'd refund my ticket, I'd have to send my old ones back, as I hadn't used them! No problem, I even sent them back recorded delivery! However because I'm dysabbled(even with a rail card!), I misplaced the post officers recorded slip, and they refused to refund me!
