    Great food & activities on board Le Journey Classic
    We enjoyed our 2d1n cruise on board le Journey Classic. Our boat manager Tom was excellent and got everything organised well. The boat crew were helpful and cheerful. We had a lot of fun with the activities. Food was delicious and varied. The various bus and boat transfers might seem chaotic but don’t worry too much as it gets sorted out (expect some waiting time and be patient).

    Day trip to Halong Bay
    We had a great time in this tour. We were traveling with a 2 years old baby and the crew supported us in everything. The views are increible and the food was good! We did the boats into the cave and we spent some time in the jaccuzzi while others went kayaking. The boat is almost new so its in excellent conditions. Thanks to the Jade Sail team for the awesome day we had.

    Overnite cruise
    Did the overnite cruise on Stellar of the Seas. Lots of activities to participate in. Service was top notch. Special shout out to Alice for taking good care of us! Food was very good. As it was my birthday, the staff decorated my room with balloons and surprised me with a cake and gift at dinner! Very thoughtful and unexpected!!! An experience worth having.

    Sunny is a super guide. Super funny and passionned.
    The tour is perfect. Non-stop activites and fun I really enjoyed it and I would clairly recommand if you dont have much time in Hanoï.

    Not taking this ship is the biggest mistake you can make visiting Halong Bay
    If you want only and only the very very best, this is the cruise to take. It is not possible to do better then these people. With staff members like they have your cruise becomes 1 in a million… visiting Halong Bay and not taking this elite of the seas cruise is the biggest mistake you can make…

    Ultimate cruise in Halong Bay!
    I think the Elite of the Seas cruise needs its own unique rating. The cruise is beyond excellent and one of the best travel experiences we have had. The cruise is spectacular and the itinerary is flawless. What makes it memorable is the crew. Special mention to Jay, Tim and David. No request was too big for them and they looked after us like family. Words can’t describe our experience!

    Phenomenal 💕
    Absolutely lovely, we were in Elite on the sea cruise which is their newest edition to stellar on the sea. Everything was elite , beautiful experience of a life time, scenery, the staff, the rooms, the food.. everything was top of the world.
    Special thanks to the crew to make it so comfortable and so elite, especially Harry, David , Nar , Jenny , Hannah and all others . They really made a good team . Bravo to all. Really happy customer and definitely recommend to all. Just book with them and enjoy the life of king/queen.

    Ha Long Bay - 2 night and 3 days
    This is a wonderful trip, thanks to our “butler” Louie, who served us delicious food and looked after us very well. Also thanks to Thinh, our guide on the trip around Cat Ba national park. He is a mine of information about the many islands and the animals and birds who live in the islands. Thanks also to Tracy who accompanied us on the trip and was available for any kind of help. All staff were fantastic. This trip is highly recommended.

    Great cruise- lousy transportation
    They should get our 5 star but the private pickup (really expensive) was done with an unfriendly driver, old shabby car. At one point the driver stopped for toilets and drove away without giving any additional instruction. We found the car parked somewhere, locked with our coats inside. It was very cold and windy. We went to a building next to the toilets where they told us that the driver went to drink coffee somewhere...
    We do recommend the cruise, great boat, nice guide and staff, tasty food but better use their bus transportation than pay extra for a lousy experience.

    Beautiful luxury cruise.
    Excellent cruise from start to finish. Amazing staff, all very helpful and friendly. Large rooms with great bathrooms and balcony. Excellent food and great cocktails. It is a beautiful bait with lots of space and great art. We did 2 nights 3 days, which I highly recommend. Only disappointment was the amount of rubbish in Halong Bay.
