Mason was such a good tour guide around Hanoi. We had him for the food tour but he went along and briefed us with everything we needed to know to get around Vietnam: places to go to, what to watch out for, cultural and historical information! The food stops we ate in were also great! Not just because of the food but the story behind it. Would totally recommend this tour and him as the tour guide for for those looking to taste and know more about Vietnam!

Tony was very helpful and communicative. After some miscommunication, he tried his best to make it up to me and my group by being more attentive and concern. And also offering his best service. In the end, we are all very satisfied with his service. I would definitely recommend this tour agency as they truly care and concern for their tourists. Offering the best service is not the only concern for them, but it's their hearts that truly serve the tourist matter the most.

We had really great time! We spent the day in a small group - a group of cool people. Commercialism was not felt like in the case of similar trips booked in tourist offices.
Everything was organized very professionally and we felt very well cared for. We highly recommend it!

It was my 1st time visit to Hanoi with another two friends. Everything was great, fantastic n adventurous experience. We ride thru the busiest street to Long Bian Bridge. Ride n walk around Hanoi old quarter, tasted their yummy local foods. The spring roll & dry vermicelli are nice.
Jenny Ha is a fantastic n friendly tour guide. Would give her thumb up! Great n Thanks..

I am studying in tourism and this is my first field trip, I went with my teacher and my classmates. It was a four-day trip filled with unforgettable memories.
My teacher chose this tour from Vietfoot Travel. Our tour guides were Mr. Cuong and Mrs. Ngoc, and they were both fantastic. Mr Cuong in particular provided us with a wealth of knowledge about many of the places we visited.
When we went to Ba Na, I was a little depressed because it was really foggy, and I couldn't see The Gold Bridge clearly. A tip for you when you book a tour is check the weather forecast in advance, it's absolutely neccessary, believe me.
Anyway, we had a great time at a Gala Dinner on the last day of our trip.

This was an incredible experience - truly could not have done this on our own. Over three days, we trekked ~40 kilometers in the Sapa region with a knowledgeable, friendly, local guide. Our guide Chu (Sinh’s cousin) even invited us to her home for an amazing home-cooked lunch on the second day - talk about hospitality. We stayed at nice homestays each night with home-cooked meals provided by local families. They are not luxurious, but they are comfortable and it was nice to connect with locals and other travelers. Be prepared to sweat and make sure to bring comfortable shoes - this is a workout but you’re surrounded by some of the most beautiful hills, mountains, valleys, and rivers imaginable. Book this now!

Great staff and very helpfull coordinator. They stayed in contact the whole time, as my flight from HAN to SGN was delayed by 2 hours, to make sure the driver meets me at the airport on time.
    Return service was equally good.

Driver did not speak English though, which was not a problem for me. However it can become a problem if you need to explain the destination, in case it is hard to find.
