The national park is very large and to be honest not in any way to be seen in a 1 day trip. But if you don’t have the time well worth visiting. Make sure you book a good little tour because if you try by yourself could be a little bit difficult to find all the places to visit. Nice forest and beautiful mountain region. Try to visit one of the villages if you can.

We signed up for this tour and got Mr. Tong as our guide. Right from when he picked us up at the hotel, he was hilarious and welcoming, even at 7:00 in the morning! We spent the day exploring the temples of Chiang Rai and stumbled upon a parade at one of them. I'd absolutely recommend this tour, and if possible, request Mr. Tong as your guide for the day.

Ensure your visit to an elephant sanctuary is animal friendly and no riding or shows !! One like this is great , it is one of the nicest things I have ever done!! Enjoy the experience with the elephants , feed them , bath them and be real close to these beautiful creatures!!

Great cooking class. Well organized and we had many choices of what food to make. Our food was delicious! We did the air conditioned class and we were happy with the choice. We would definitely recommend this class.

One of the best food tours I have been on. We got to taste over 15 items, maybe close to 20. The selection was unified, interesting and never would have found these places as a tourist. Keep on doing what you are doing it works!

Great experience. Good walking, great views, clean air and an entertaining guide. If you like the outdoors and have to choose between this and the White Temple etc, go for this one

We did a private tour with the guide JJ. He was very good, he gave us a lot of information and background about the temples and the area. He was very personable and made the tour interesting. I would highly recommend it, it is worth seeing and having a tour so you get the background information.

We had a wonderful time. As other reviews say, we also looked for an ‘ethical’ visit. Please remember these are domesticated animals and the staff will remind you of that. They would not survive in the wild. We saw the grandmother, mother and baby daughter. The staff were wonderful with the elephants and appears as though they really do care for them. They have plenty of space to roam around and are able to walk away at any point. Nothing appeared forced. No chains, sticks or hurtful behaviour seen. Really beautiful experience. Lunch was wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. What was also lovely to see was how everything was sustainable from the farm land and its surroundings. I was unsure about going to see the elephants but so glad we went to the elephant pride sanctuary.

The guides and the experience itself were amazing!! We were there with 2 kids of 12 and 16, they both really enjoyed it, and had a blast in the kart!
The only remarks are that it takes a really long time to get there ( about 1hr), the road is in the mountains so it can make you a bit sick and frightened at some point ( very steep). And I would say that the stop to have lunch (15mn away from the skyline) was to me quite unnecessary… and not that well organised.
But still, I would highly recommend it! And definitely worth every bhatt.

Nikon was an excellent instructor! So knowledgeable and patient giving interesting bits of Thai culture as we cooked. It was a small group and it was so lovely to sit down with people from another country. The dishes were delicious!

Jo-Jo our guide was exceptional - he was fun informative and engaging, in the caves he showed us the different forms of geological formations and made it really interesting. He also held a very large spider and by being so calm allowed us to hold it too which seemed incredible. To me a complete arachnophobe.

The kayaking was just right and our guides were bery helpful and involved, I guess some of the comments directed about the young woman on the trip seemed a bit “off” but I genuinely think
It was an attempt to be funny not meaning to be offensive. And certainly not something that would lose a star.

One point the whole day is quite tiring so note that it says a reasonable level of fitness is required - I went with the England over 50’s international football team. And they snoozed all the way home!😯
