Very skilled masseuses. Very professional & welcoming Receptionists. The massage rooms were very clean & tidy. My partner and I were very happy with the service. We slept like a baby after our Ayurvedic massage session. We loved it so much that we went back & did the head & shoulder massage. We’ll probably be going back for our 3rd visit before we leave Pokhara. We definitely recommend!

Just the best massage in my life !
The name seeing hands means everything, it’s not about someone giving you the same massage he gives to everyone, it’s a dedicated therapist who feels and adapt the massage to who you are
No one was able to touch my back the last 10 years and here in one hour I could get my whole back massaged and relaxed
    Thank you so much

Malama Spa is a wonderful place to relax and get pampered. The women are sweet, kind and their massage skills are paramount! I've been studying yoga outside of Pokhara and trekking. I've gone to Malama about a dozen times, solo and with friends and each time the experience is just what I need to detox, rewind and feel wonderful. It's definitely the best massage in Pokhara. I've tried the bio facial, trekkers special, Shidohara and the Nepalese massage. Every woman working there is super skilled and never disappoints! Sushilla the receptionist is super sweet, great to chat with and the tea and ginger cooking served at the end is delicious. Looking forward to my next massage with you guys! Thanks for all your amazing service and hard work ❤️

There is nothing this hotel does not have. We were blown away by the amazing staff who are polite and attentive. Breakfast was delicious (French toast is amazing) we also are dinner here. Very good. There's a pool the views are glorious (too much cloud to set the mountains but they were there) .Rooms are spacious, well equipped and luxurious. And such a great price.

My experience with the trekker's massage at Ananda Spa, Pokhara was rejuvenating! After completing a challenging 12 days of trek, I was in dire need of some relaxation and muscle relief, and this massage delivered just that and more.

From the moment I stepped into the spa environment, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality with welcoming green tea. The masseuses were highly skilled and attentive to my specific needs, targeting areas of tension with precision and care. They took the time to understand the demands of trekking and tailored the massage accordingly, ensuring maximum relief and comfort.

I left the spa feeling like a new person, ready to take on the next adventure with renewed energy and vitality. If you're a trekker in need of some post-hike pampering, I highly recommend indulging in the trekker's massage at Ananda Spa. It's the perfect way to reward yourself for your hard work and dedication on the trails.
A big thank you to the entire team at Ananda for an unforgettable experience. I'll definitely be returning on my next trekking expedition!

I had a 1 hour Trekkers massage which is a combination of deep tissue and a Thai massage and it was wonderful. My body felt much more relaxed when finished.

If you only get one massage in your life, get one here. Three of us each got a fantastic 1 hour massage from Susmita Karki. Worried initially when she knelt on my back and then stood on the bed to get more pressure on my back, this was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. I floated out afterwards to the Greasy Spoon Restaurant and we just sat and relaxed for a further hour or more. It was so good that my wife & I booked another massage the following morning before we flew back to Kathmandu. Susmita was so accommodating that she offered to come in early to facilitate us. She is a fantastic advertisement for the Nepalese hospitality. Thank you so much and to any visitor to the area, don't miss this absolute treat.

Wanted to practice yoga while being in nature. Evolution Yoga was just what I wanted. The location at Hidden Paradise was perfect. The yoga space is peaceful, the gardens around it very beautiful and wonderful views of the lake. The Yoga class was excellent, Shree is a knowledgeable skilled teacher.

Excellent waxing and threading, not just for Nepal but world-class. I had a Brazilian, half leg and underarms done, all for R3,000. The entire process was clean, efficient, painless and done with precision. So happy I’ve found my go-to for whilst I’m in Pokhara.

I had Three days alone in Pokhara while my family did a trek. I started every morning with a Soud Meditation, then yoga and more sound meditations in afternoon. I was in heaven!
There were two masters, each with his own style, each one fabulous!
