Located atop a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Kasbah of the Udayas is said to be a city within a city. Its beautiful white-washed builidings with blue trim make the site a magnificent place to visit.

The iconic attraction of Rabat where you pay homage to the late king. Located on the complex where Hassan Tower stands. Located at the bank of the river where you have a breathtaking view that overlooks Sale.

Iconic spot for history and architecture. Well worth making a stop to admire and take some photos. The area is accessible and well kept. Light is good for photos as there are not many shadows or obstructions to navigate and consider when framing a shot. Crowds were light and parking was easy.

The ancient vibe is definitely worth experiencing when you’re traveling to Rabat. There are many buildings with the strikingly beautiful blue and white scheme. The Andalusian garden and Kasbah of the Udayas should be visited on the same day.

A reliable tran with a great look in an old city gives it even more character. We took it several times .

Our small hotel was in middle of the old town so we spent a lot of time here exploring all the nooks and crannies of this older section of Rabat. This was our first city and night in Morocco (after arriving in Casablanca early that morning), so this made our time here that much more special. Compared to other similar areas in other Moroccan cities, this is not as big or features as many shops but it’s still worthy of a look. Every corner was a new discovery (a small garden, an old store or an architectural treasure).

It’s a heaven of tranquility, with its flower-filled little streets, Andalusian garden and Moorish café. The Oudaya gateway is built of dressed stone and is regarded as one of the jewels of Almohad art. Most of the remains still to be seen date back to the 12th century, and the Kasbah contains Rabat’s oldest mosque.

Me and my husband were there yesterday and we really liked our visit to the zoo .
We spent hours looking at the sceneries , the different type of animals and the view of the zoo it self is really amazing . They take very good care of the place and the animals . Loved the visit . We will return for sure with our families the next time we are in Rabat.

I like museums and was very happy to see some excellent representation of modern and contemporary art from Morocco. Learned a lot!

What a delightful surprise hidden in mist of the medina! I discovered the museum by accident and was enchanted by this special place - the collection, the building, the proprietors´ passion. Really worth a visit.

The place is really pretty, but nothing special. But I could imagine it would be a nice walk, just to go somewhere, when the sun is out☺️. Hard to find the right entrance, but itms okay - it’s more steps on the count😂👍🏻

We strolled to this park, nice trees and some blooms of flowers how’re fountains had no water . Lots of benches to sit, be peaceful and read a book or simply admire the place. There is security guards in place.
