Our time in Caye Caulker was an adventure filled with unforgettable moments!

Firstly, the tarpon fish feeding experience was both exhilarating and slightly nerve-wracking, but definitely a must-do. For just $2.50 USD, you get plenty of fish to feed, making it an incredible value!

The Sip & Dip experience was a highlight of our trip. Not only was the food amazing, but the water activities were top-notch. Plus, the bar signs were the best we've ever seen, adding an extra element of fun to the experience.

While the boat trip was a bit pricey and longer than expected, we found that getting around the island by foot was easy and convenient. However, if we had known beforehand, we would have opted for a small plane instead.

Tapper's Dive Bar provided excellent hospitality, and their expertly crafted shots were perfect for our birthday celebration.

Although we missed out on the stingray feeding, we more than made up for it with some delicious street corn – seriously, the best we've ever had!

Of course, no trip to Caye Caulker would be complete without sipping on fresh coconuts and indulging in hand-dipped ice cream. Each bite was a taste of paradise!

Overall, Caye Caulker exceeded our expectations with its unique experiences, delicious food, and warm hospitality. We can't wait to return and explore even more of this charming island paradise.

And they are def on island time, the theme here is GO SLOW

In addition to the ~100-foot visibility, healthy coral, and abundant sea life, I can add that this location can cater to a variety of divers. Shallow sections perfect for people learning or as a final dive after a long day up-taking nitrogen abound. The wall can also accommodate deeper diving.

This was my first visit since the Pandemic to Caye Caulker and I always stop by Paulette's. I love her artwork, got one of her paintings to match one I bought last time, as well as some of her great sand flea/mosquito repellent! This stuff works. My family has used it from Florida into Panama and different islands in the Caribbean. It works everywhere!
It was so nice visiting with Paulette and learning about her small cattery. I really admire the work she does. Please stop by for a visit and purchase from a real Caye Caulker treasure! Can't wait to go back when I return again to Caye Caulker. If she's not open she will respond by email to let you know her availability. She's a must visit on this wonderful island!!!!

Bliss Beach is newly opened and beautiful. It is a quiet scolded spot with lots of comfortable couches and lounge chairs/beds. There are hammock in the water as well as on the beach. We met one of the owners Tristan and the family Dog Oscar. If you looking for a nice secluded setting to relax. This is a great spot.

We came to the Split on quite a rainy day, so I'm not sure how it is when the sun is shining and the waters are nice and clear. There were lots of cool bars here and we were also able to get a little boat to cross to the other side of the island, where we'd been promised we would see crocodiles (we didn't, which I think I'm pleased about). It's interesting coming here - there aren't many islands that were split in 2 by a hurricane after all.

Wow! That was fun. The fish love it. No teeth on your hands, just fish lips, so don’t be afraid! Super fun. Wonderful dock!

Richard of “Richard’s Adventures” was our guide through the estuary. He was really passionate and informative about the wildlife living in the estuary! We enjoyed seeing the iguanas and crocodiles in their native habitat while learning from Richard about the ecosystem. The trip into the wetlands was fascinating to see the plants and insects. We wore long sleeves and pants with insect repellent and closed toe shoes to protect us on our trip, and it kept us from getting eaten alive by the biting insects. It’s worth it to see the crocodiles swimming in the lagoon and to see the nests with empty shells from the hatchlings! The biggest problem was watching where you step on the walkway to avoid rotting wood! Richard was a very knowledgeable guide and so familiar with the crocodiles that he recognized them from a distance and described their personalities. We were glad we saw them!

Matty owns the Old Salt Gallery and is just a fantastic human being overall in addition to bring a great artist.

My work takes me to Belize often and occasionally I get out to the Cayes with my husband. We stumbled across the Old Salt Gallery on my first-ever trip there. Now I make it a point to pick something up every time we visit.

He has everything from postcards to prints to originals, and everything he has painted himself. He tells great stories about his life and travels. In addition to that, he is just downright kind. We were on Caye Caulker once and I facebook messaged him we were there. He opened his shop up for us, even though he was closed that day. We bought a print for our daughter. You can tell that every dollar you spend there makes his day and you are truly supporting an artist.

Stop by the Old Salt Gallery and say hi to Matty!

I had a 60 minute massage with Deliannie and she was excellent! I had the massage on the second floor and enjoyed hearing the island go on around me. You can't beat the price and convenience in scheduling. I highly recommend!
