Planning on only seeing Capitol Hill, Joe inquired our interests and personalised the tour to our wishes and capabilities on a bike. Joe has great knowledge to share, especially on the history of the city and told us so much about DC. - Ann MLothian, MD445 contributionsWent here with a bachelorette party. There were eight of us and we made it out with 12 minutes to spare. We did The Dig. The puzzles were well designed and I liked how they interconnected. Every few minutes when you are stuck, they give you a hint on the display in the room. They do want you to solve the puzzle and escape. It felt authentic and comfortable. It was nice that you could bring your own drinks and food. The staff was super friendly, down to earth and helpful. We highly recommend Bad Axe Throwing. We have Segways before so found getting back on one very easy. Some of the group were novices but all the staff worked together in the store to make sure everyone was confidence and comfortable before we headed out onto the street.
The tour leader gave a running commentary via the ear-set so even if the group spread out a bit you could hear him clearly at all times.
The commentary was a perfect mix of real facts and information mixed with fun facts and anecdotes that kept everyone informed and entertained.

Very comprehensive, perfect pace, and thorough! Rafael was accommodating and flexible (very easy to book), extremely knowledgeable and professional! We had a small dog and elderly person with us, and he was extremely patient and kind.
We will definitely be back, and we will definitely book again with him! Senate answered immediately and answered all of my questions. They provided excellent customer service and was able to accommodate me perfectly!! I actually flew into the Baltimore airport which was 50 minutes away from my destination. I had a small hiccup at the airport but Senate was so responsive and professional. As a woman traveling alone, I was so impressed with the measures they took to make sure I was safe that I immediately arranged my transfer back to the airport with Senate. The vehicles were clean and recent, the drivers were very pleasant without being too personal and the cost was fantastic. Just when you think you're safe, ...your not! Our other family members rode alongside us in 2 separate pedicabs with Kevin and Bob, who were also superb!
