My son had a blast, and the crew was a 10/10. They were friendly, helpful, and so kind. I would recommend this tour for any local family or family who are visiting the islands. How can being on a boat in Hawai'i waters ever not be a great experience? Just make sure to take your Dramamine even if you don't get sea-sick because you never know when that day will come. - Local808Honolulu, HI30 contributionsBig shout out and Mahalo to the crew Jake, Austin, and Captain Russell! These guys are extremely professional and know what they're doing. There's a reason they catch a ton of fish (see photos)! The boat was extremely clean and comfortable (inside cabin is air conditioned). When it came to catching fish it was amazing to see the crew spring into action to set everything up for you to reel in the monster fish! Why should you book with Magic? Right from the start Ikena made sure we had directions to get to the boat (GPS from our hotel would’ve taken us over a washed out bridge), going over safety equipment and fishing gear (our friend is an experienced fisherman and was VERY impressed with the gear they have on board). Both these guys are extremely knowledgeable on pretty much everything to do with being out on the water. They got us on some great fishing (an over 100 pound Yellowfin Tuna along with 11 Amberjack Tuna’s). So fun to see these guys get excited for us on every catch..even helped us ladies out (who usually don’t go out and fish) with how to handle the gear..
When you’re looking for a charter fishing company in Kauai give these guys a call..this turned out to be our best excursion while on the island!! They made the trip fun and informative. We also got to see a whale and flying fish.

The Captain and mate were both amazing. They put us right on the fish and we caught 9 Mahi-mahi in total.
