- Morten GAarhus, Denmark35 contributionsThis was a really nice experience. Lots of things to try and to figure out. Many amazing illusions and really nice surroundings. Nice clean toilets and well kept territory. The only few reasons for not adding the 5th star is that some staff seemed more interested in relaxing (lying down on benches and sitting and talking to each other rather than being attentive. Also, it would be nice if you could buy regular food (like sandwiches and so on) and not just sweets. But overall, a very nice experience.
If you drive here on your own, then park across the street at the M1 shopping center. It’s free parking and easy to walk to the attraction.Written July 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You'll get to see a variety of incredible species up close, learn about their history and mythology, and even have the chance to hold a tarantula. It's a must-see for any animal lover or even those who want to get rid of arachnophobia ;)Written April 19, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Global384114272391 contributionModest museum that doesn't pretend to be other. An hour maximum for most. Interesting for geology of the region; nothing really if your interest is in mineralogy (great example of Halite crystals but that's all). It really is concentrating on local geology. Very few exhibits labelled in English but the displays are set out such that you can clearly see what they are showing you.Written November 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gingermad4NYCWolverhampton, UK198 contributionsLovely courtyard that is free to enter. There is a cafe downstairs although this is expensive. You can visit the museum by yourself (costs £3-£4) or with a guide that costs just a little more. We did it by ourselves as we missed the last guided tour - they appear to end before 2.30pm. There are only a few rooms but interesting and beautiful. If you visit the courtyard on the hour you will get to see the figures and music above the the clock. You can also walk along the balcony without having a ticket.Written September 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
