    Wonderful Experience!
    Amazing experience! I was nervous as this was my first trip to Poland and I don’t speak the language so I was worried about transportation and directions etc! They took care of everything! Having the opportunity to show my children real important history was priceless. Thank you for making it the perfect day!

    Great Views!
    Loved this trip down the river, lots of great sights to take photo’s of. If there was any negative it would be that the boat was much smaller than shown on the advert and as I was sitting at back, I couldn’t hear the tour information properly as the noise of the boat overpowered it quite often, nevertheless it was still really enjoyable and well worth the price, would definitely do it again.

    Excellent way to see the city
    Did the 4hour bike tour, thought it would have been too long but it flew in. We were a group of 2 adults and one teen who is normally hard to please but she loved it. We did it on our third day in krakow but I’d recommend it for first day so then you can revisit any of the spots if u want. Was very informative and our guide was great. Funny and informative.

    A Really Enjoyable and Interesting Way to Spend the Day in Poland. I Highly Recommend.
    My wife chose this tour, and of all the things we had planned in Krakow, this was the one I was least interested in. I was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable it was, and even more surprised at how beautiful the scenery was. Poland really is beautiful! You visit three castles and spend some time in a national forest. I certainly recommend this tour, but here are the things you should know before you go:

    There is a good amount of walking so wear comfortable shoes. If you have trouble getting around, being on your feet for long periods of time, or navigating stairs this might not be the tour for you.

    It will take you most of the day. The tour operates at your pace, but to appreciate everything you should take your time and soak everything in. You do stop at a nice, reasonably priced, Polish restaurant for lunch, but that cost is not included in the tour. If you're looking to save time or money, I assume you could pack a lunch and skip this part if you'd like. Our guide was extremely flexible with things like that. He will also stop at restrooms and shops to purchase things like coffee or snacks along the way if need be.

    Lastly, the tour guide does not go into the castles with you. He will drive you to all the places and obtain any necessary passes for you, but he will wait for you back at the car while you tour the castle/sites. Personally, my wife and I really appreciated this aspect of the tour. It allowed us to go at our own pace, take extra time to look at the things we found interesting, and just kind of breeze past the things we weren't as interested in.

    As I said earlier, I was definitely surprised at how much I enjoyed this trip and would recommend this tour highly. It certainly went down as one of the highlights of our trip to Poland.

    Could do much better than this
    Probably used better during the daytime. No hot drinks option. Better to try a cruise that goes over 1 hour and checks out better places than this

    Also very helpful in changing img meeting venue as one of us had managed to get lost !!
    Great way to see the city and get your bearings - an interesting and helpful guide / driver made this a really enjoyable event . Highly recommended

    Wonderful day out with excellent driver/guide, especially spa
    Wonderful day trip with excellent guide, Adam in KWI Ford transit, very comfortable bus but needs step to get in, Adam had to hoist us, to the great amusement of onlookers! Lovely scenery, wooden houses, cheese factory and resort of Zakapone. Spa for afternoon extensive,very clean and well controlled, very relaxing afternoon.

    A must do tour.
    To get the most out of this tour you really need a guide speaking in your chosen language. It will help you understand the story behind the events of that dreadful time for the people of Krakow. Book a tour beforehand to avoid the queues. The one we had allowed cancellation 24 hours before. The tour we had was two hours, it’s quite tiring as there is no seating to take a rest. It was also very busy with lots of visitors who were not on guided tours and had little choice but to walk through your group interrupting the speaker. However, It’s well worth a visit particularly if you do the concentration camp tours as well. The stories are linked. Bags/backpacks are not permitted inside but there are free lockers to leave them in plus a cloakroom. If you need to go to the loo then go before your tour starts. There are facilities available for both men and women but there was a huge queue for the ladies. It was hot inside so plenty of visitors wearing shorts. All in all a somber but good experience, if you are in Krackow this is one site you should visit.

    Best daytrip ever
    From the beginning, I can tell that this daytrip was one of the best I have ever had, and we have travelled in very many countries. We were for the first time in Poland but now I hope not the last one. My wife liked so much Krakow so she said that this city is as beautiful as Paris, maybe much more. I strongly recommend this tour to every tourist in Poland, you won"t regret anything. Special remarks are Karol and Bruno, best guides I ever met.

    Tomas and the tour are exactly as described
    Tomas is really friendly and knowledgeable in general. We really enjoyed our tour, pick up and drop off and it was exactly how it said below. Tomas was flexible and helpful. We even used him for our airport transport with just 2 hours notice. Hes a safe driver and kept us entertained. All his suggestions were received well and we recommend you tour with with tomas’s company as 2 brits first time in poland!

    We had Cornelia for our tour, in her cute pale blue trabant!
    Can't recommend enough, excellent experience, learned so much, and the visit to the local cafe for a shot of cherry vodka was charming 🥰 Cornelia was great and very knowledgeable, we really enjoyed it, and was one of the highlights of our stay in Krakow.
