They timed all our activities so the group didn’t have to wait, and helped accommodate my daughters to move seats in the van as they got car sick (the road is like a roller coaster). Very kind and professional staff and great tour! The river experience is truly special. The communication via what’s app was very effective and I always got responses in no time to all my questions. Also the buffet they took us to was delicious with a lot of choices.
