Standing at the top, but the city walls, you get a wonderful view down onto Khor Rori, and we were lucky enough to see camels grazing at the water's edge, and eagles circling overhead.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the restoration and history of the site and its defensive fortifications.
There is a good view over the town and out to sea from the top level and the smaller size of the castle provides a comparatively relaxed atmosphere.
