    Yum & Fun
    This was the absolute highlight of our day. Nick was an excellent tasting guide; his enthusiasm for their products was infectious. We tasted lots of yummy drinks but if I had to pick one favourite, it would be their butterscotch schnapps!!!

    Review of: Hope Estate
    Good for big groups
    It feel as a quite commercial settings ... I personally did not enjoy too much as I found it a bit impersonal but I can see how it would work really well for big groups of friends or large families. Paddles are ok, you pick up at the bar and drink at your table. If you want a more intimate experience and surroundings I would probably not recommend, although I know they do also pic nic so maybe a better option for couples.

    A great experience
    Pokolbin Distillery has an amazing range and Joe was a fantastic host - he was knowledge with excellent descriptions and even created some amazing combinations for us! He was a lot of fun - would definitely recommend asking for him for your tasting!
