- Karen P16 contributionsShort family trip with our teenage daughter. Wonderful accomodation at Peppers Soul. Large appartment style two bedroom & 2 bathrooms Ocean side on 24 floor. Staff attentive & cleaned daily. Surfers Main Beach clean & beautiful.
Local food restaurants amazingly fresh seafood. Night markets & fireworks Saturday night.
Japanese at the QT 5 ⭐️. Rick Shores in Burleigh Heads lives up to hatted restaurant standards.
We had a great break.

It was fun, cheesy and very old, dated to when Ripley was still alive in the 1940s, with 1940s attitudes to boot, and hence it acts kind of like a fun little look back in time as well. There is a variety of stalls and we all ended up buying something, so I suppose that is a success. It was not cheap, so I have to say it's not great value for money.
We moved through at a steady pace and it took about 15mins.
