Perfect clean beach with crystal clear water and golden sand. It's also very clean/well maintained here. Would definitely come back.

We went here several times as it was over the road from where we were staying. There is a variety of stalls and we all ended up buying something, so I suppose that is a success. It is not very big, but I suppose that was the time of year.

The mall was good. Had many things to look at and a great variety to the shops located in the area. It was fun and enjoyable experience.

Macintosh Island Park is a wonderful oasis of a park close to Main Beach, Narrowneck and Surfers Paradise. With plenty of shade amongst the trees, there is a lake, plenty of birdlife (such as peacocks), a play area, picnic tables, all in a peaceful and tranquil location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. A wonderful place to escape the crowds for an hour or two.

This shopping centre has been fully renovated and is much improved from the past.

Its the largest and most well known mall in Surfers Paradise.

As a child I use to visit to play games ion the amusement centre.

There appears to have been an addition with some new tenants like El Camino Mexican, Thai Restaurant, and ice cream shops and more.

On the first floor where the eateries are located you get great views of Surfers Paradise Beach.

We were greeted at the door by volunteers, once inside there more parishioners volunteering to seat you inside the big church.
Beautiful sermon and service to top it off as we walked out we were offered free coffee, tea and freshly baked cookies.
    God bless

Located in the Surfers precinct, fairly nice mall, more like a covered passage, a little dated for us, could do with an upgrade, however nice for a browse and a walk through

Part of the surfers paradise precinct, just off cavill mall, nice place to hang out watching the world go by, plenty of eateries, to enjoy, larger than life electric dinosaurs and other varieties for kids to enjoy, beware they can get a little out of control.

When we visited HOTA last week we were welcomed and told a tour would be starting at 11am. The person leading the tour was very interesting and gave us insight into what motivated the various artists whose work was on display.

The exhibition that impressed me was Donna Marcus' Radiate. The artist uses found objects, mainly form kitchens to create abstract artworks that reflect light or have lights behind the constructions. Many are geometric - spiralling out from the centre.

The guide told us that as a child Donna Marcus family were involved in removing metal from ships that were decommissioned and they lived aboard while doing the work. Her pieces have multiple pot lids, sieves and other kitchen apparatus arranged to radiate from a central point. Discarded items have been given a new life in the form of these magnificent installations which encourage quiet reflection on the beauty of found objects symmetrically arranged to suggest a new life radiating from them.

I look forward to the interactive Renaissance exhibition coming at the end of March which promises to give us a new perspective on the works of Michelangelo and other Renaissance artists through 3D projections/

Enjoyed a Saturday afternoon drink at this bar. Friendly bar staff, all with big smiles. Great atmosphere with a DJ playing and a great place to hold a function.
