She, and Izzy, we’re great with our family in teaching and making sure we all had a memorable day. Boards were chosen for our abilities. The waterway views were scenic and we stopped to see bird life which was really interesting. - mish2511 contributionGreat morning learning SUP, I am terrified of the water but really wanted to learn and our instructor Linda was amazing! So patient, calm and made me laugh so hard I forgot I was actually on a SUP and paddling around the waterways of Doug Jennings Park, The Spit on the Gold Coast.
We saw beautiful fish, spotted rays and birds. A very calm water area to learn and yes I did fall in but felt confident to get back on the board. The water was shallow but not too shallow so I didn't hurt myself at all. Instead had fun, laughed, learnt something new and enjoyed the lesson.
