Macintosh Island Park is a wonderful oasis of a park close to Main Beach, Narrowneck and Surfers Paradise. With plenty of shade amongst the trees, there is a lake, plenty of birdlife (such as peacocks), a play area, picnic tables, all in a peaceful and tranquil location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Main Beach and Surfers Paradise. A wonderful place to escape the crowds for an hour or two.

The park is not particularly big, but it is a great place to spend a few quiet moments. Dedicated to John Fraser who was killed at the young age of 23 in Vietnam. He gave his life to protect his fellow soldiers.

Nice, peaceful riverfront park popular with dog walkers. Has places to sit on the waterfront. Also has toilet facilities and river ferry stops here.

Located just off the Gold Coast Hwy is this nice little park that offers views of the city scape and also access to water.

Best to park on Viking Crt.

Nice little park that had adequate small playground and lots of green open space for an active toddler. Offers nice views of waterway and high rise buildings.

Park Reserve is dedicated to the memory of Ewan Batt. Who as QLD Manager for Hooker-Rex Estates (1969 - 1971) primarily responsible for the planning and commencement of the unique waterway development of Paradise Waters.
