- Kamal PByron Bay, Australia9,512 contributionsBerry springs was a great spot to take a cool dip in the somewhat shallow pool fed by a creek that gently cascaded in to the pool in the form of a weir. It was very easy to get to the weir and relax letting the water to splash on the head and shoulders like a water massage. Spring carrying crystal clear water extended to a larger pool where it was easy to swim and enjoy a great freshwater bath. With the warm weather in Northern Territory, Berry springs was one of the safe cooling spots and during our tour to Litchfield National Park, the dip at the Berry Springs became the second bath of the day.Written October 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Deborah GShell Cove, Australia49 contributionsSuch a gorgeously laidback, fun venue on the water. We were lucky to be there for the International Film Festival and on the night we went, saw three short films set in the NT that were all excellent. Live music was included, and Sri Lankan food and mixed drinks were available for purchase. Producers, directors and film stars gave talks after each movie, and the star of Bear was available for cuddles, which I took full advantage of! The deck chairs aren't the most comfortable things you've ever watched a movie in, but there are other seating options, including bean bags. Can't recommend this enough.Written October 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Rachael S31 contributionsWe did the one hour tour as part of a 3 day Kakadu camping tour with Autopia, and it was fantastic!!!! We saw so many cool birds and got soooo close to the crocs. It was amazing seeing them all in their natural habitat. Our guide Meatloaf was so informative, and passionate about conservation of the wetlands, and we learnt so much from him. Apparently the boat we were in was used in the movie Rogue (a B-grade Aussie movie about a giant croc which is worth watching for a laugh, but not before swimming anywhere in the Top End!!!).Written August 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Philthy B6 contributionsMy second trip with Anglers' Choice Fishing Safaris was (amazingly!) even better than the first.
Every day filled with loads of quality reef, pelagic and river fishing. Each day starts with a hearty breakfast followed by a quick shuttle to the boat ramp where the pre-made lunches, snacks and drinks are loaded onto the boats.
Then groups of four, with an expert guide in each boat head out for the day of AMAZING fishing chasing tuna smashing bait fish at the surface or spanish mackerel on trolled or cast lures.
Then onto some reef to catch quality table fish to be frozen and taken home at the end of the trip. Even some river fishing for unbelievably hard fighting barramundi.
We'd enjoy an sumptuous dinner every single night and then recharge the body overnight in the air-conditioned double rooms.
It's heaven on a stick for anyone who's a keen angler.

He was very accommodating, had amazing local knowledge and made us laugh a lot! Nifty knew when to tell us stories, point out interesting flora and fauna, or let us soak up the scenery in silence. He knew all the right roads, got us to where we needed to be on time and kept us well stocked up on cool water. He happily changed our itinerary when we asked for it so we could e see some awesome whip cracking.
Thanks for an amazing time Nifty, you and the coach were awesome!Written June 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Challenging moments with three boys under 8 and my 64 year old mum but it was one of the best times of my life. The four wheel driving was hardcore! So much fun! And the camper provided was perfect! Loved it!!Written August 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Teresa B2 contributionsWe had a great day out to Litchfield NP with Karen. The set up and organisation was excellent - everything you could possibly think of was covered. The small group trip in a comfortable merc minibus was exactly what we wanted - we don't like large group coach trips! We were well fed and watered during the day - possibly the best chicken salad that I've ever had! Karen was informative and an excellent guide and very willing to answer questions. The waterfalls, scenery, swamp, wildlife and the lookouts were all amazing and swimming at the waterfalls was a great experience and very surreal when we had a brief but heavy rain shower at Wangi Falls ! We would thoroughly recommend this trip.Written October 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ruth T1 contributionDear Tess, this was a very informativ and excellent morning with you. We enjoyed very much to learn about your culture. You, as women guide, could show us your sight as an Aboriginal woman. Beside of this, we had great fun swimming in a little, refreshing pool and enjoyed the food very much. Thanks for all. - VickiKatherineBrisbane, Australia260 contributionsTravelled with 2 friends from Tasmania for this. We are Territorians for 26 years but hadn't done this and wanted to give our southern friends a taste of the Territory in a short space of time. They rated it best thing ever and we thought it fantastic too. Definitely recommend, was a great day out.Written January 23, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
