- Capt_FunkeliciousSydney, Australia633 contributionsi've been to my share of markets, and these were pretty good. we got there right on sunset and it was absolutely stunning. the markets were predominantly food-driven, but there were enough stalls to be interesting. and quite a few of those stalls were offering items specific to the northern territory, so it felt genuine in that way. it was very well-serviced with cabs at one end to whisk you away when the time was right.Written September 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sevenNelson Bay, Australia33 contributionsThese markets were great - a much better proportion of food stalls to product stalls. Still a bit crowded but more manageable ( eg queues not as bad). Nice Vietnamese iced coffee, good food options. Would def go again. Mindil - I won’t.Written July 16, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marnie C24 contributionsThese markets always impress. The pawpaw salad at the entrance is the best you will find in Darwin. The fresh fruit and veg is amazing. Everything you need for an Asian salad or stir fry and the ready made sweets - delicious!Written July 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lorraine LTarwin Lower, Australia3,581 contributionsWe have been in Darwin a few times but were unaware of this market. Nighcliff seems to be a bit of a trendy area and the market is in the main shopping street. There is lots of shade here and there is plenty of seating either in the cafe or along the centre of the road. There aren't as many food trucks here as at Mindil Beach Market or Parap Market but there seems to be more craft stores than the other two.Written May 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Raintree_ThailandBangkok, Thailand4,444 contributionsTypical mix of shops and restaurants in an open-air, walk-through setting. I had to go there to find an eyeglasses shop for an emergency repair to my glasses and was given very kind help from a wonderful staff at the OPSM shop. She went out of her way to repair my glasses and didn't charge me for her efforts.Written September 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
