Bruce Glen's "The Gentleman Magician's Magical Soirees' is a beautiful magic show, fully of humour, elegance, wit and gentle fun.
I suggest you turn up early as bubbles and canapes are served pre show, and you'll get a chance to look at the magic books and props on display in the room.

Altogether just a totally delightful experience and beautiful performance of a favorite opera in an acoustically perfect theater.
The theatre itself was superb with ample legroom and banked seating, and the high quality of the acoustics made it both an enjoyable and unforgettable night.

This beautiful treasure plays host to the Sydney festival each June and shows many beautiful productions throughout the year, including plays, ballet and variety shows.
The State Theatre is simply fantastic - an over-the-top 'picture palace', built at great expense in 1929, right at the peak of the Art-Deco period though its architectural style and features are much more varied a...

We visited this theatre to watch show and it is the perfect venue for a stage show, big enough to accommodate a good crowd but small and intimate enough to invite audience to feel part of the production.
Brilliant show. The theater is miles ahead of many of the others - seats are larger and there is plenty of leg room in front allowing others to walk past.

A great little theatre, well worth the visit, the experience between the actors and audience is intimate.
The play, featuring 3 young Aussie actors from Sydney and Newcastle, alongside one Ensemble Theatre member, was adapted from the novel by Tony Davis.

By the way it's a big plus being able to grab a drink from 3 locations within the theatre and to be able to drink whilst viewing.
Headed out to the yelawolf concert and was pleasantly surprised with the venue!

It is an historic pub, with log fires and marshmallows in the winter, an excellent restaurant serving comfort classics, and a long running theatre which showcases the best of Australian acting and writing talent.
Drop in any time and you're guaranteed a good night of theatre, likely catching some of Sydney's best actors and creatives doing an indy show between main-stage gigs.
