    Sensory Santa Experience
    This has been our second year in a row to the Sensory Santa experience and I didn’t think it could get more magical but it has. Santa, Mrs Claus & the elves were absolutely amazing and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of magical! Couldn’t recommend enough!

    Was in Donabate for the day and decided to go here. I really enjoyed the lovely scenery and surrounding views. Would go again.

    The course is astonishing!! My husband an I played two days ago and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Higly recommended to those who like links

    Balcarrick Beach
    This is a very nice beach, very peaceful, lovely to have a picnic or to sunbathe in on a warm summers day. Would go again soon.

    Amazing Links Golf
    A true links golfing experience. Absolutely amazing. We played in a strong breeze, with the occasional shower only adding to the difficulty. A must play.

    It was ok
    Rich of architecture and very nice to walk around but it can get a bit too crowded around lunch time. I think it would be best to get a private tour as you can get better insight of the cathedral

    Big church lots to offer
    Beautiful glass, gorgeous art inside. Friendly community in church. Nice to visit. Good parking for visitors.

    Cracking
    We had a lovely day. Brian in the pro shop was fantastic and sorted us out with clubs and a teetime. The course is a great park land course with very true greens. A gem.

    Thumbs up!
    Fun and challenging course and a great value. Agree with the earlier assessment that this is a hybrid parkland/links course. We had strong wind and rain, making it quite a fun test of golf. The course itself is in great shape (Sept). Local pro Iarla is a complete gentleman and a pleasure to work with, we wish him the best as he takes over at Balcarrick! We will return.

    The best Golf Club in Donabate
    Restaurant under new management .... Huge improvement... The New Chef was at Chez Sara in Malahide, Great view over the course... We hold the fortnightly meeting for the Donabate Photographic group there. The tennis club is a great addition to the Golf Club.. The best Golf Club in Donabate...

    Wonderful new yoga studio
    I have been waiting for years for a yoga studio in Donabate/Portrane and my wait was worth it, as an amazing studio has just opened. Lynsey who owns it is a wonderful teacher, she put all levels at ease. Although I have been practicing for a number of years it is also very suitable for beginners to join as I told my friends who are afraid of hot yoga or starting a yoga practice. There are different class for everyone, yin, yoga, hot yoga and the Pilates class I’m doing on Friday. Best thing to happen in the village in a long time
