I highly recommend the walk to Madonna della Rocca and Castello Saraceno to get away from the crowds of Corso Umberto and to enjoy breathtaking views (the castle is only open on Saturdays and Sundays).
You can get a great view of the Teatro Greco from the top and with a zoom lens a great picture of it.
