What I don't see here is guidance that the water is actually quite deep. Juma and Wadi Shab Adventures came HIGHLY recommended by multiple people so I contacted him. Juma was very responsive and extremely helpful in organizing my trip. He was able to arrange pick up from the airport to my hotel in the very early morning.
We scheduled a trip to Wadi Shab and the the sink hole one day, Wadi Bin Khalid for another day and he scheduled a snorkeling trip for me on a third day.
I must say, Juma went above and beyond, making my visit to Oman absolutely amazing. We ended up adding on Wadi Tiwi and a drive by of the UNESCO heritage site, Qalhat after experiencing Wadi Shab.
Oman is just so beautiful and Juma was excited to share his extensive knowledge with me! I can't say enough about my experience. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Oman! You can book via whatsapp and everything is well organized. On the way you can have snacks and Fahad tells everything about the animals we will encounter and how we can respectfully snorkel with them. He also snorkels with you and takes pictures, which you receive afterwards. We were a big group and the crew operators quickly helped load the boat (which was a very safe, clean and big boat), most importantly the boat driver was very professional in his driving.
Once we got to the island they helped us unpack and setup the camp, they provided us with snorkeling equipment and they prepared local omani food.

He is very friendly and helpful. He went out of the way to show us additional nice view points and treated us to tea as well. I would highly recommend Omanta scuba diving academy, not just for the professionalism of Coach Nasser elicited but as well as his outstanding patience and understanding. Not only that.he offers a lot of fun!!! ..If you want to get a way from stress and the noise of the city, head on and book for a dive or any other water activities with this team and you'll definitely feel the good vibes.. My answer is..."WHY NOT?"
Doing this kind of activity for the first time gave me a slight apprehension...but, that kind of feeling completely vanished from beginning till the end of my adventure with twenty3 extreme. Aj gave me the full details of the trip before it commenced..including the safety measures that they provide. I felt more at ease and safe because I have an adept guide/instructor, Hamid. He is no doubt a pro. He is so patient and encouraging that's why I finished the venture safely and successfully. Also, I enjoyed listening to him imparting the history of Oman and sharing his knowledge about several other things.

I and my friends total 5 ppl booked the diving tour. The ladies are very patient and kind. Good introduction for discovery divers. Water, sandwich and snack provided.

- Ioana P23 contributionsThis was a wonderful hiking experience, we started from Muttrah and went up the mountains, where we had amazing views of the port, and continued for a couple of hours, where we enjoyed the sunset, and excellent views of blooming, spring Muscat mountains.
A wonderful afternoon hike, and Ali was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area, the culture, the fauna, and was happy to share all that knowledge. We had a break somewhere in the middle, he prepared coffee which was so delicious! Coffee lovers will have a great time around Ali :)
